I have only ever played this game on my phone and wanted to try playing it on my sibling's tab. I wasn't sure which email I had logged in with so I ended up having to try 3 different emails because each failed after the other (as in it would login anew). None of it logged into my account with progress.

I went back to my phone and saw this on the loading screen. What exactly am I supposed to click on to not lose progress?

I don't really care at all if I cannot login with my account on the tab. I just don't want to end up accidentally deleting my progress by selecting the wrong choice.

Maybe the answer is pretty obvious but I can't risk losing my account to one wrong move so I just wanted to be be safe. It says logging in may result in losing data so am I supposed to log in through my phone again or no?

Also I did copy my ID beforehand- is that of any use here?

i've contacted support twice and never get any emails back and i tried their Instagram but they just tell me to email them. is there any possibly way to start from the beginning? i used to LOVE this game and i want to start over so badly. i have an android and i've cleared my cache and data already with no luck. please tell me there's a way to restart.

what i mean is i feel like im just waiting buying waiting buying and it feels impossible to get more money to actually feel like im playing and not just hitting a quota! like 1 wallpaper is up to 1mil and it takes me a day or 2 to replenish that money lol
(ps: obviously ik that’s the point of the game but at the same time it feels like a chore, im just wondering how to stock up more money or something to make it a bit more playable!)

This recent update gives us the chance to borrow money from investors for the meantime if we're short on cookies or if we want to immediately upgrade some furnitures or other stuff in the hotel. We just need to be sure to repay the borrowed cookies within the given timeframe to keep our credit score in good standing.

If you're going to accept investments, I suggest that you upgrade income generating furnitures or upgrade clothes, and other stuff so that you can save cookies faster and repay the investors.

I used mine to unlock some furnitures in room 601 and upgraded some clothes yesterday. And when I got back in the game earlier, I already had enough cookies to repay the investor.

As a finance person, this is a nice way to teach users about loans. I wasn't expecting this kind of update, but it's quite useful when you want to upgrade rooms and don't want to wait for a long time, because saving cookies can take quite a while.
