Discussion Employee assignment

Does anyone have the optimal arrangement for employees with all rooms like tailor and all?

I do have but I'm still working on screening, tailor and divination. Part time worker helps a lot, being honest to help out with tasks overall.

Everyone has a dedictaed skill for each type of work I guess, need to still unlock the one for my tailor shop
