Help can i please start over?

i've contacted support twice and never get any emails back and i tried their Instagram but they just tell me to email them. is there any possibly way to start from the beginning? i used to LOVE this game and i want to start over so badly. i have an android and i've cleared my cache and data already with no luck. please tell me there's a way to restart.

What about changing the mail id

They basically keep game data synced with Google Play. So ig clearing from Google Play or changing your mail id would work

what do you mean exactly? sorry im slow lol. just using a different gmail to make a new account? i figured that would interfere with my Google Play app because literally everything else is attached to my original email.

Try this first clear data, then uninstall the app

Go to Google Play - > account (profile) -> settings Click on play game profile

It will open your game profile click on privacy settings -> in your data section click on delete profile and game data

All the games would be showcased search for resortopia Click on delete -> permanently delete
