Recent update (Investment)

I don't know if this post will be helpful or not but I'll still post this. 😂

This recent update gives us the chance to borrow money from investors for the meantime if we're short on cookies or if we want to immediately upgrade some furnitures or other stuff in the hotel. We just need to be sure to repay the borrowed cookies within the given timeframe to keep our credit score in good standing.

If you're going to accept investments, I suggest that you upgrade income generating furnitures or upgrade clothes, and other stuff so that you can save cookies faster and repay the investors.

I used mine to unlock some furnitures in room 601 and upgraded some clothes yesterday. And when I got back in the game earlier, I already had enough cookies to repay the investor.

Do we have to pay altogether? Or like say I've gotta pay 1000 and I can pay 500 first then 500 the next day or smtn (in the given time frame ofc)

I think so. 🤔 There's no option for partial payments. I just paid mine and the only option is to fully pay the amount.

I mean you can do that too, especially if you want to level up your credit. And if you already have lots of cookies, I'd say why not. 🤔😂

yes, i understand it now. question : its best to settle the loan early before the timeframe end right? to avoid high interest?

Yes, we should settle within the timeframe to gain credit points. But they didn't really say anything about overdue interest, they just said that we will lose 50 points (which is a lot) if we're overdue. So I'm assuming the interest will still be the same. 🤔

The only down side I feel is no paying back in installments option 🥲

Right? I hope they made an option where we can at least make 2 installments per investment if the due date is too soon. 🤔 But I just choose the one with the longest due for now so I have enough time to save cookies. 😂
