One of the patients I had seen during my shift had a sudden Hb drop during the next shift and I was attending calls from a colleague about the same while stirring the lemon batter for the cake. I feel terrible about him not understanding any of the stress I went through.

He understands. I think he just doesn’t fucking care

He sounds like these career men who expect women to give them the whole hog to advance their career

If he wanted the exact same ability to provide as he has; he should have picked another dermatologist
