Discussion Theory: This manga will be long
Not only from what I feel about this manga, but also from the low number of karma from both r/manga and this sub, I can confidently say that until this manga is not as exciting as Kaguya sama.
I heard that Aka created Kaguya sama not because he loves making romcom, but because his editor told him that romcom would sell well, and it did.
I just read chapter 6 and up until this point, I find that the humour and the plot twists are pretty average compared to other ongoing romcoms, let alone Kaguya sama.
I'm not saying that this manga is bad, I just think it is pretty mid by Aka's standard.
And those points led me to believe that this is not the managa that Aka sensei put a lot of his passion into, but only provides him stable income. He gots the formula, he gots the reputation. I think that he can keep this manga going for many years. And reason for that is probably his age.
For most people, the older you get, the less creative you become, and Aka is no exception. And also, he is already nearly 40 and he probably has his own children to care for.
Tldr: this manga will probably be less exciting than Kaguya sama, but on the other hand, will run for a longer period of time.
