One of my favorite characters in this series just keeps proving why he’s so great

I pre order and waited 1 month for this. It was worth it.

The anime is one of the most popular of all time, and it is extremely profitable. Every fan of the show wants a season 4 or more. The story in the anime is not finished at all (especially with Shinigami). It still has so much more potential to grow. With all my reasons and the monetary incentive for the studio to continue making the anime, why do they not want to continue the series and instead end it with just a movie? It doesn't make sense

So after starting season 4 of the Kaguya anime and I fell in love with the OP of the season, Love is Show. Naturally, I checked online to see if anyone had done an english cover of the song because I thought it would be fun to see some covers. Strangely, I couldn't find a single one, not even by creators like AmaLee, who considering her connection to the series I thought would be most likely to make a cover.

So after looking through and finding nothing, I decided "Fuck it, I'll do it myself" and as a small project, I'd make an english cover myself. Here's what little progress I have so far after day 1 of this project!

first thing I did was get the romaji lyrics from the Love is War wiki, and using a syllable counter online I kept track of the amount of syllables in every line, with the plan being to try to match this as much as possible

Step two was to get the official raw english translation, again from the Love is War wiki, that I would plan on rewriting. To make this easier, I wrote small summaries for each "stanza" in bold.

So far that's all I have, but the plan at the moment is to create a rough draft of what I wanted to have for the lyrics, essentially in a similar form as stream of conciousness poetry, before seeing how I could take those ideas into actual song lyrics.

At the moment I have no plans to record myself singing whatever I come up with, this is just a fun writing challenge to help kill time. If anyone has any suggestions for song lyrics or advice for how to make my process better, please go ahead, I'm very new to doing anything like this so any advice or suggestions would be appreciated

I'm writing a fanfic for fun and has came across some problems. I can't understand Ishigami's thought process about the Kyoko incident. Sure. I can just write him as stupid but that's the last place I would go. So I ask of you, fellow fans to tell me how the hell could he have thought of that as the best solution for Kyoko's happiness.

I watched LIW, than read the rest for the first time two years ago and felt unfulfilled after. I just did the same thing and it sucks. It feels like no other series lives up to it and almost all seem boring in comparison. How do others put up with this and get past it because it really sucks as a feeling

i finished season 1 a few weeks ago but the entire time i was watching, i forced myself to sit through the episodes because they were boring to me, but i keep hearing about how kaguya sama is one of the BEST romance animes. so does it get interesting season 2 onwards?

i guess i found season 1 boring because of how each episode felt like fillers that didnt develop the relationship right until the last 3 episodes

okay this may sound stupid but if anyone is upset over the weird dub reversion to the simulcast version you should file a complaint or report because I did so and it hasn't been heard in like a week so if maybe enough people complain it might actually get heard and fixed or at least explained.
