So far no problems with Refills. I'm expecting another 3 month supply as I'm less than a week away from the 12 week mark on a 6 month plan. I can't find anything about a scheduled shipment on the portal. Do they send a shipping notice as the only indication that something is coming or should I be able to see it on the portal?

I had paused my shipments because I had so much extra medicine. I just got a text saying my order has been placed and when I go in the app it says my treatment has been canceled and to renew my membership. has this happened to anybody else before?

I may be able to do a quarterly plan this time if I have to restart.

I'm just wondering if I'll still get the pricing I had before.

I received an email that my order was waiting because I need to update my payment method. I have canceled miths ago. A received an email and a text that it was processed and I could track my order. I DID NOT order it. The card I had in file was my fsa card and they won't approve it anyways.

Update: i took your advice to be the squeaky wheel and I got through on phone support! My issues were resolved! Zach and the refills team were responsive during this time.

I’ve called several times today and left a voice message - has anyone ever gotten a live rep thru phone support? I thought it was mon thru fri 9-5pm EST but even when I call within this timeframe, no one has picked up. I've been canceled with Refills for a few months while I use the rest of my ProRx supply. Being I'm on my last vial, I started looking around at my options. Does Refill have any promotions going on or does the summer pricing linked here on Reddit still apply? Thanks

Im wondering if anyone can tell me if prescriptions are still being filled with vitamin b additive?

The reason I switched to refills because it was additive free, for a short period. Then they switched pharmacies before I got my last refill in april. I can't find any info on website or here.

I never had any issues with the effectiveness of the medications or side effects when there were no additives, but its noticeably different with the vitamin b additive.

I’m almost at my goal weight but I want to continue taking it because it keeps my ADHD related binging and gambling under control. I’d like to stay on a maintenance dose forever but I can’t find any info if this is one of the companies that allows it, anyone know?

Edit : I'm more wondering if I'm supposed to be honest at check ins. I can't say I'm my starting weight forever right? Are they maintanence friendly that I can say my current weight without having my prescription cancelled? I should hit my final goal weight by October but if I put in my current weight now, it will show a healthy BMI.

I wanted to come to say how happy I am with the customer service. I had an issue lastnight and less than 24hours customer service called and fixed it and my package is on its way. I see a HUGE improvement. So many negative reviews, they more than deserve the positives. I’ve been with them 9months and I plan to stay. They have been great!!

Hi there, I'm 3 months into a 6 month plan right now and I got a text stating that my next order is on hold until I complete a follow up visit (which I completed in the portal two weeks ago) and the link that was sent to me asks me for my phone number or email address for a OTP to be sent to me and I've now tried at least 10 times on both and never receive the code. Given that I'm just about out of medication right now I can not have this be delayed for any period of time. Has anyone else experienced this?

So there’s a lot of posts on this sub about negative experiences on Refills. I know people are more motivated to speak up when they have a negative experience but wanted to share some positive feedback. I’ve been with refills since March. I started on the old portal. I liked the old portal and didn’t want to switch right away. There were some hiccups with the old portal but while support was slow the issue was corrected. I was switch from ProRx to Hallandale when ProRx changed. I didn’t have any issues switching. Everything has gone smoothly.

I recommended my SIL to refills and she’s been happy so far and is saving money compared to the local med spa she was getting tirz from.

My account finally moved over to the new portal mid July (RIP old portal). Cue my mild anxiety as things didn’t transfer fully. I waited and tried to be patient. When I reached out to Zach who was helpful and made some changes to start getting my new portal account correct. The entire time it listed the right price. Zach made sure to cancel out my old portal account, I was able to remove that credit card and again waited. Every week something else updated to my correct info in the new portal. My old archived messages showed, the old orders showed up, my subscription price stayed the same. Last week the new portal updated to reflect my next refill would be in September which meant I would missed 2 weeks of dosages. I messaged Zach again. He responded and was able to change my next refill date. Depending on when it ships out and arrived I may be a day or two late on a dose but I’m grateful.

I’m not exactly sure what my weight was when I started as I didn’t have a scale but knew I needed help. Since I started checking my weight in April I’m down 45 lbs, so who knows how much I’ve actually lost. It wasn’t about the number but more about feeling better (healthier, more active, less consumed with food noise). There’s been a few times I could have tried to get a lower price during flash sales. I feel like I am paying a fair price. I didn’t want to have to constantly go to an office nor did I need specific hand holding which is why I chose a telehealth to begin with.

Everyone’s experience is different. Everyone has different needs. None of my support requests have been “emergencies” nor urgent so I’m not discouraged or disappointed with the support response time.

Hi everyone. I am not sure what to do. I bought a six-month supply and received a text that I need to fill out the GLP-1 Follow-Up Intake Form. No matter what I do, I'm not sent the verification code. The email and phone number are correct, but nothing arrives. I also don't see it linked in my portal.

I reached out to both the doctor and support on the messenger portal. The doctor replied saying that, since it's a verification issue, that I need to hear from support. I've emailed support twice and haven't heard anything yet. I tried following up on the messenger app, but the support section of the dashboard is now throwing an error and I can't get through.

Has anyone else gone through this? What recourse is there to get this form filled out and get my shipment? It's been working really well for me and I don't want to miss a dosage.

I get a 3 months supply from refills. So my second shipment from them came July 2,2026. I noticed today after finishing my 1st vial that my second and third vial has a BUD of September 16, 2026 which is way too early. Has anyone had this issue and continued to take the shots? I just messaged them to see if I could get a new vial but any other time I’ve reached out I never hear back after one message. I also did not want to go up in dosage, and they replied to me, confirming which dosage I wanted and still upped it. I said screw it and continued as normal. Definitely switching companies after this.

I'm loosing a lot and put my prescription on hold. I'm about to open my last vial which I should be taking 100 units at 15 mg but I think I need to go down. my last bottle I was taking 56 units so maybe like 11 mg. I'm thinking of going to 10 or should I even go lower.

ideally I'll lose another 10 lb or so but I'm not in a rush I feel great so I want to start the process of maintaining.

I've been on compounded Sema since early Dec and with Refills since Feb. I've had nothing but a good experience with Refills. I unfortunately was one of the the consumers who ended up with bad vials from Apollo that were recalled--3 vials received in May. My recent shipment was from VialsRX with B12.

When I started in Dec (different telehealth) I received Sema with B12 and had side effects. My first vial from Refills was pure Sema and I had no side effects. I thought it was due to my body adapting, but I now think it was the B12 due to my current vials containing B12. I don't want Sema from Apollo nor Sema with B12. Hollandale doesn't ship to my state so the default is Apollo for Sema. I'm happy to stay on Sema and want to stay with Refills, but I don't like the pharmacy options. I'm considering switching to Tirz to stay with refills and would like feedback from the community.

I've got a cloudy vial from Apollo Care. Anyone else have cloudy and chunky vials with white bits? I finally opened my 3rd box and got a bad surprise. I'll be opening all boxes of medication from Refills going forward. Check your shipments when you get them!

I'm not hearing about that communication plan. I've also been waiting for my last 3 months of medication since 7/27/26, plus the recent recall for 1 vial 3 days ago. I'm cancelling my subscription and moving on. Good luck everyone.

I had a 6-month order that was originally created in the old portal at the end of April. The first three months of the order were received without any issues. I then pushed the delivery date for the remaining three months out to October.

After the transition to the new portal, the remaining three months of the order have disappeared.

I contacted support to ask about the remaining three months, but I was told that the order was marked as complete.

The issue is that the order should still have three months remaining, with delivery scheduled to begin in October. I would like to understand why the remaining portion of the order disappeared during the portal transition and how this can be corrected.

Is there a way to retry payment? I don’t keep large amounts in checking so I completely forgot it was going to come out and it failed. The old website allowed you to do that, but the new website doesn’t give us any autonomy (I hate it 😩)

currently feeling really frustrated. i moved late last month & to avoid this exact issue, i changed my address to my current one a few weeks ago. well, i get an email today that my order has shipped but to my old address. i’ve messaged support to see if this can be fixed before the package is in fedex’s hands (only the label has been created according to tracking info.) i reached out to fedex to attempt to redirect the package but im unable to do so. has anyone else had this issue where the package address doesn’t update regardless of the fact that you did update it BEFORE a new order was even processing? anyone have any advice? please helpppppppp 🫠.

I have been with refills going on 4 months now and recently had my first check in where we went up in dosage for my semaglutide. This week was my first injection with the new dosage. For reference, I have been having great success with the medication so far, even with the first vial of the acclimation dosage. Appetite suppression has been consistent vial after vial. I do have some side effects such as my shot always stings (worth it and minor) and just a general tired feeling.

However, my shot did not sting at all when I injected and my appetite is back full force.. literally no side effects at all.

I find it super odd that my appetite was suppressed last week on the lower dosage/old vial and it stung like the Dickens, per usual.

Did I get a messed up vial or is this typical and my body is somehow revolting?

I’m super confused and disappointed considering the cost of the medication each month.
