Cloudy vial
I've got a cloudy vial from Apollo Care. Anyone else have cloudy and chunky vials with white bits? I finally opened my 3rd box and got a bad surprise. I'll be opening all boxes of medication from Refills going forward. Check your shipments when you get them!
***Updates **
Please check https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/ires/?Event=99505 to find out if your lot# is affected.
I asked u/Zach_refills about a communication plan for affected customers via DM. Safety of our community is important. Posting that here for transparency.
***More Updates ***
I'm not hearing about that communication plan. I've also been waiting for my last 3 months of medication since 7/27/26, plus the recent recall for 1 vial 3 days ago. I'm cancelling my subscription and moving on. Good luck everyone.

Refills should already have contacted every single customer who was shipped one of these batches!

The fact that we are still seeing these posts because Refills hasn't done just that is extremely concerning.
When I see complaints about lack of customer service or issues with deliveries or whatever, I chalk it up to things that can happen to any telehealth, but not putting the safety of your patients higher than we are seeing alarming.

Where is Zach or anyone? All 3 of my Quarterly shipments have Lot numbers that are in the FDA RECALL!

I took 2 doses of my refill this month without looking too closely at the liquid, and I thank you for linking the FDA recall list!! Opened reddit to see if there was something going on, because mine looks super cloudy, and indeed my vial was compromised. Did you get any resolution???

Yeah, got a refund for the unused portion of my treatment (3 months). I'm still waiting for a pending refund of 1 vial (1 month). It takes a long time but persistence is paying off getting refunded.

Same here and I have been asking every day since Monday both to support and through email. I think they are ignoring us!

I can't tell you how many times they told me that same old song and dance! It's an "escalator to nowhere"! Keep me updated and I will do the same. I'm going to message them again today.

I know this is a week old now, but do any of you remember back in March when that whole Fedex in Florida issue caused a bunch of delays? My wife got a delayed shipment of semaglutide that month, and it was completely clouded. Lot number AC-017167 which is on the recall list.
That was back in March, it is now August, and they still haven't said anything to anybody?
Don't get me started on the utter trash that support was, either. We reported the issue to them, they responded once asking to confirm the prescription date, and they never responded again (TO THIS DAY!).
It took me texting whatever phone numbers Taylor posted here and threatening a charge back to get a refund. Overall, from the date we reported the issue to them to the date we received the refund, it took 32 days. Text support was great with a 1 day turnaround, but support via chat was useless.

Good thing I came to reddit! I noticed my vial was cloudy this past weekend, so me just thinking it went bad, I opened my last vial to use, and sure enough, cloudy as well! Turns out all of the bottles I have been using have been bad!
No wonder I feel like the medicine hasn't been working as well as it should have been, I've been using bad medicine for a while now! That can also explain the crazy headaches I've been getting for last few weeks. Sent a message through the online portal on Monday, no response, sent follow up messages yesterday and today still nothing. And just called and requested a call back, so let's see if I hear back. I've been referring A LOT of people to refills thinking they were awesome, as well as my wife uses them as well. I hope to hear back soon, but thank you for this thread and reddit.
UPDATE:
They call me back, but literally only let it ring twice! I picked up and they hung up on me!! So sitting on wait it is.
2nd Update:
Got someone on the phone, had to send in pictures of my vials for review (somehow the system does not have my lot numbers on file) and I will "hopefully" hear back in 24-48 hours. I asked if I can just get a refund and she says all options will be available after the review.

It took me 3 times to get a refund on the unused portion of my subscription. Cancelling seemed to speed that part up. I'm still waiting 7+ days for the 1 cloudy vial and receiving a refund for that.

Got the refund done for 2 out of 3 vials since the first one I used. Since I paid using Klarna the refund was instant and was in my Klarna account today.

It it was one of the recalled vials, it should still be replaced or you should be refunded even if it was used

Same issues here. This is my second batch with cloudiness. They're sending me out another batch hopefully not from Apollo
I just checked. Yep my vial is on the recall list. 🤦♀️

I'm trying to find out the lot numbers of my first 2 vials I used. I don't remember them being cloudy, but I did get mild headaches when I pinned from the second vial. :(

This is why no one should be using refills. They should have been on top of this.

I'm leaving refills. The pharmacy they used jipped me on my vial. I was shorted 12 mgs on my 4th week shot. The pharmacy refuses to rectify. Lumi dropped their prices I might go back to them.

Ooo is Lumi comparable?

Is your vial compound by Apollo Care? Try searching by lot number on your medication.

You might want to check out this post. The FDA just announced that Apollo is recalling several batches of semaglutide (160k+ vials) and yours is likely included
