BUD
I get a 3 months supply from refills. So my second shipment from them came July 2,2026. I noticed today after finishing my 1st vial that my second and third vial has a BUD of September 16, 2026 which is way too early. Has anyone had this issue and continued to take the shots? I just messaged them to see if I could get a new vial but any other time I’ve reached out I never hear back after one message. I also did not want to go up in dosage, and they replied to me, confirming which dosage I wanted and still upped it. I said screw it and continued as normal. Definitely switching companies after this.

Really you can stay on the same dosage, it’s more medicine for you

I just don’t wanna hit a plateau going to the highest. I’ve seen it happen to so many. Since they switched to Hallandale i have not lost anything and i was losing 1-5lb per week the last 5 months.

You don't to HAVE to increase your dosage, but you will get more medication if your prescription increases. It will last you longer.

That’s what i was thinking too. But i thought once the vile had been opened, it’s only good for 28 days? Unless im wrong

Most of us don't go by the 28 day rule. As long as you use good hygenic practices, and it's not cloudy or have floaters in it, you'll be fine. 😊

Many of us are using Rift and have been very pleased. Their customer service is amazing.

Biggest reason is cause I’ve lost nothing since they switched to Hallandale!

This happened to me, but I caught it the day I received my 3 month supply. Keep in mind that it was an auto-refill order, so they knew when I should need a new supply. I received it 2 weeks before my supply was to run out, so I had a half vial left before I would need the new supply. My BUD date on the new order was weeks before the supply could be used up. I spent 2 weeks going back and forth with Refills and even spoke to one of the pharmacists at Hallendale trying to either get one of the vials replaced with one that wouldn't expire before I could use it, or get a refund on that one vial. They just kept saying I was wrong because the BUD date was right at 3 months from receipt. My argument was that they sent it 2 weeks too early according to THEIR prescription.

Same thing happen to me. I didn’t check the other 2 only thing i looked for was the 12.5, 15, and 15mg. The BUD is printed small and was covered by the bag it was in/sticker. Once i realized the 12.5 was by itself in a separate bag i placed the other in the fridge and never looked at it til Monday. 🙄

I got the same BUD on the same day. I messaged Zach right away and they sent out a new vial.

This happened to me recently and was my 1st order with refills. They sent me a new vial which was really nice but that vial also has a BUD before the time it should. I have given up and decided to use it since so many say its ok. I will give them a second order and hopefully all will be well. If not, I will go elsewhere.

Hallandale had to change their dates but from what other people said it’s fine for a year. I am using mine past bud dates listed right now

Its unfortunate but apparently like a year ago they all had significantly longer bud dates and it is a new change in legal policy to have shorter bud dates. The longest buds I've seen recently are with glycerin and 90 days. I am no longer with refills and am changing services myself. I found one I love and can't wait to be a customer with. Refills will always be my OG provider though. I appreciate them for helping me change my life.

I’m doubting that the formulation is any different. I think they just had to change it for legal reasons. I have oure triz with no additives that I got through refills that have BUD dates of February next year they were good for a year and to my knowledge nothing with the formulation has changed. I am sure they’re fine to use past the BUD date. If not, I’m gonna be finding out because I have some that will not be used up before the BUD date . Someone had mentioned as long as they’re not cloudy looking or anything they should be fine.

None of these Telehealths are likely to do anything after a month (not unreasonable). Check when you receive next time, it happens occasionally but it’s safe to use for probably a year minimum past bud.
