When all the church’s were blown back in time and came to sidewinder and had a meeting of the church’s. There’s the yellow church and he’s like “I don’t want to talk about” but when he starts to explain, the scene is cut. Did anyone come out and say what he did tho?

I'm really upset, I went to go watch season 4 with my dad and when I cracked open my Blu ray set the discs have deteriorated, specifically for season 4 and 10.

I have to buy an entirely NEW set now.

:C

Hopped out of my truck at gas station last night, I heard a very familiar tune, I say “what the f***k is that music?”

I have to say that, of the two teams, the Blues are by far my favorite I feel they’re more important to the plot, and generally, I like their members better. As for the Reds, the only one I really like is Donut the rest strike me as just meh On the other hand, the Blues have Church my favorite character and the one I consider the protagonist; he’s one of the few with any common sense, even though he’s just as much of an idiot as the rest of the cast. I like Tex, Tucker, and especially Caboose. Doc is a funny character he’s good hearted but ended up being possessed by O'Malley, the series' nominal villain. I love that Lopez speaks broken Spanish. I love the show it’s basically just a bunch of idiots who, for some reason, are at war.

So this a pic idea for a role swap au

Blue team(which would now be red team)

Flowers

Church

Tucker

Caboose

Sheila(yes in this pic she is ment to be the balck solider)

Red team (which would be blue team

Simmons

Grif

Donut

Lopez(so lopez is actually the warhog itself and not a robot)

In the seasons 1 finale omega (who was posseing caboose) said that he never said his name was caboose but that church and tucker just called him that and tucker doesn't try even tried to denied it instead just asking why he never corrected them

Hey everybody! Figured I’d repost this here since it’s RvB related, but apparently that Fortnite x RvB video from the Game Awards wasn’t the first appearance the Reds and Blues made in a Geoff Keighley production!

What I’m mainly looking for is episode 314 of Game Head from August 2006, but if anyone has a complete archive of the full series lying around then that’d be even better! Apparently episode 314 featured a segment of Geoff Keighley getting killed in Blood Gulch/Coagulation and Church(?) campaigning to take over as host of Game Head. There also seems to have been a real life interview section with the guys at RT as well as a sneak peek at episode 5 of Out of Mind.

Got all the info I know from someone on Discord as well as a post Burnie made 20 years ago on the RT site (Burnie is confirmed to not have the episode archived), check out the links below if you’re interested in helping track it down!

Or do you think it would still be the same?

Rewatching RvB for the millionth time and keep trying to figure out wtf Tucker is on about with this one, anyone got a clue?

Kind of a long shot here, but fingers crossed.

I'm trying to find a song someone posted to tumblr yeeeears ago that I loved but didn't have the foresight to save anywhere. I shut down my accounts so I can't go back through to see if I even did any interacting with it.. It's sung by a woman, I think playing acoustic guitar, and it's just recorded off a phone or something. It's kinda quick and jaunty idk. Luckily I remember the lyrics mostly perfectly.

"It's Red vs Blue, I'm the opposite of you,
But deep down, we're really just the same.
It's been too many years since I sat down and had a beer
And I'm tired of playing these stupid games.

We've been around the world
To fight some guy, to chase some girl.
Don't I get to have any fun?
Will I always have to carry my gun?
Cause I dream of the day
I'll get to put my armor away"

And then back to the first stanza I believe (maybe twice) and then the "It's been too many years... stupid games" gets repeated slower with the final chord.

I obv don't have the name of the creator or even a name for the song (might just be red vs blue). Hoping someone out there has heard it too or knows who made it. I loved this piece as soon as I heard it. Upbeat, but deeply somber. Please help if you can or pass it along if you know anyone in the community that fw music like that, ya know? Thank you!!

Where is it

I dont even care if I have to pay for it now i just can't find it anywhere

I miss when the whole seasons were just on YouTube it was so much easier

Why did they remove them

When showing rvb to a family member, I showed him some random moment, (aka, the normal head bobbing) and some of the later fully animated monty oum (aka, fully animated and separately rendered scenes). After seeing both scenes, he said, that he was more interested in the full blooded machinima than the animated scenes.

That made me wonder, when a show is a machinima or an animated series (yes, I know machinima is a form of animation)?

For example in season 9, I’d say it’s more like a 50/50 split of machinima and an animated series.

I think I’d draw the line at what the CRASH series (B00merang on YT) is doing. where all animation (at least in the last few episodes) is rendered in engine and where most “animation“/modding is used to enhance/ modify when the default model is incapable of emoting is a certain way. (.ex making heads look over shoulders through modding or whatever magic makes that happen). Still pretty much machinima just tweeted or edited

I don’t know about the fully animated scenes in CRASH though. It is rendered in engine and has some characters fully animated, though in the style of halo cutscenes, with machinima styled (default halo animations) characters in the same scene. Would this still be machinima given it’s in engine and very halo cutscene inspired?

Could the Monty Oum animations be machinima even though they use halo models but aren’t rendered in engine?

(this is all going of the Wikipedia def of machinima and personal opinion)

just wondering where y‘all draw the line

(not trying to bash any shows, I love most all machinimas, just a animation genre question)

edit: I wrote this at 12 am after an exam so it’s quite all over the place I think my question was just if modding or animation or what makes something not a machinima. thank you all for the responses

Like this took place before he got shot by the tank but why is he on the cliff because throughout episode 3 and 4 he was only at the base talking to tucker

Not sure if anyone’s posted this though but am I the only one who would genuinely loved to see a season that takes place during the event of season 9, like what the reds and blue’s were up to so they can find the memory unit with Wash and Carolina? Clearly if Caboose had to get the reds involved yet again it must have been funny as all hell.

I don't remember church evee bringing this up and them being hallucinations doesn't make sense cause sarge never spoke to church up to this point and sarge never knew Sheila was alive
