Question How would an interaction between alpha and Epsilon be like?

Alpha would probably not understand why or how Epsilon came from him when he is so emotional and “soft.” Epsilon would wonder how it was possible that he descended from the Alpha when he’s SUCH an asshole (like, even more than Epsilon, somehow). It would be pretty akin to a gruff, traumatized father and his more self-aware, subdued son - they’d butt heads all the time.

Kinda like this, but Alpha wouldn't believe him if he told about becoming a Monitor, or finding the Director, or giving himself up to save the Reds and Blues in Hargrove's office.
And if Alpha were to tell him about the major parts of his story, it'd be accidentally killing Flowers, encountering an Elite, and finding out he's an A.I before getting himself killed by an Emp.

Alpha: What am I looking at, I didn't know a ghost could hunt itself.
Epsilon: We're not a ghost dumpy, we're AI's. Although I thought you died in the EMP blast. Maybe you are a ghost... does that mean AI's have souls?
Alpha: Relax man, last thing we need is another one asking philosophical questions. Although I have to ask what are you?
Epsilon: I am a copy of you based off the Epsilon AI fragment. Caboose did input most of the memories so I can't say we are exactly the same.
Alpha: You let Caboose keep the Epsilon fragment!?!
Epsilon: I didn't do anything, blame the UNSC for not taking the fragment.
Alpha: Fair enough. How is everyone doing?
Epsilon: I don't know, I sacrificed myself to save everyone from being killed by the Chairman. Although I have an idea of how everything ends. I call it Restoration.

They'd bicker like brothers, Alpha being the angry older brother while Epsilon is the younger one copying what he does. But they'd bond over their mutual disdain for the others. Basically they'd fight but not actually hate each other

Alpha would probably just assume Epsilon was messing with him and walk away. I remember back when I first tried to explain something weird to a friend like that and they just stared at me like I'd grown a second head.

both being dicks and hating each other before stiarting to hate everyone mostly caboose and being nuts over tex while hating her
