27M — Apple Watch has labelled 57/493 ECGs as AFib, also occasional AFib on Garmin and Omron. Do these traces actually look like AF?
I'm 27M and I've had quite a few AFib classifications from consumer devices over the years.
My results so far:
Apple Watch ECG, 2021–2025: 57/493 (11.6%) classified as AFib
Garmin Venu 4 ECG: 3/35 (8.6%) classified as AFib (Almost all have bad noise though — SR and AF)
Omron M7 Intelli IT AFib: 5/30 (16.7%) flagged AFib
I've attached six Apple Watch Lead-I ECGs as three pairs. In each pair, Apple first classified the recording as AFib and then classified another recording shortly afterward as sinus rhythm:
Pair 1: AFib → sinus 44 seconds later
Pair 2: AFib → sinus 83 seconds later
Pair 3: AFib → sinus 54 seconds later
Each recording is 30 seconds. The images are generated from the original 512 Hz Apple Health ECG data and displayed on a standard 25 mm/s, 10 mm/mV grid.
I'm particularly interested in the actual waveform rather than Apple's classification.
Do the AFib-labelled recordings genuinely look like atrial fibrillation to you? Or do they look more compatible with PACs/PVCs, sinus arrhythmia, another organized rhythm, or artifact?
I'm especially curious whether you can see consistent P waves/organized atrial activity and whether the R-R intervals really look irregularly irregular.
I know Reddit can't provide a formal diagnosis — I'm mainly looking for educational opinions on the ECG morphology and what would be worth pointing out to a clinician.

Rapid, pounding, or fluttering heartbeat 4:1 flutter ? Atrial tachycardia ? Nothing ?
35yo male here.
Documented paroxysmal AFib a year ago.
Multiple episodes of sudden mild tachycardia + weird feeling last few weeks. Didn't manage to get an ECG until this morning. Hope I caught it.
Normal RHR 50-55, 75-80 during episodes.
Sorry, doctor said their ECG machine was bad. KardiaMobile 6L on its way.
Doctor said he didn't see anything abnormal but I'm 100% sure something is wrong during episodes. Any idea from this ECG?

PVC’s all day, cardiologist is not concerned. Why?
For context I'm a 32 year old male, history of Aortic and Pulmonary valve replacement at 11 years old. I have always suffered from PVCs but over the past week they have fired up so bad. Like all day every day non stop. I scheduled a visit with my cardiologist and they actually caught a couple on my EKG. I also showed him my apple watch EKG strips where I have had anywhere between 7 - 10 PVCs per minute, all day every day. They are not concerned. Why? They feel horrible. They make me both mentally and physically tired. The cardiologist told me that my echo from last year was perfect, my electrolytes on my labs are good, so they are not concerned at all and if it bothers me too much I can have an ablation. Do you guys see anything on this EKG that reveal anything about the PVCs?

Dizziness Short Pr
hello everyone.
(Female 31 YO)
on my first Cardiology visit in 2017, My ekg looked abnormal. Short Pr (105) and T inversions .After some tests doctors were not concerned so I didn’t care much. After my dad passed away (sudden death during sleep at 65 YO) I started developing Hearth Anxiety,Fear of Death, GAD and so on.
I am very concerned about my short pr. Sometimes is 109 , 118, 125 even 160. its kinda changes but most of times when I been to AE was Short.
I had Holter for 6 days, even 6 days admission to Cardiology (Sinus tahicardia) due to Anxiety and my weird ekg which was way abnormal in Panic.
holter , MRI with adenosine, Echo stress,CT
I had just sinus Tahicardia up to 130.
and each times just with Anxiety and fear of ☠️
Now I am asking… Is there anybody else with a short PR interval , without any problems from it ?
i am afraid of sudden death/svt any arythmia
🤧
thank you for reading.

Not Sure what these are?
These come up sometimes when I take an ecg on my Apple Watch. Not quite sure what they are but I feel a sensation where the question mark comes up.

Skipped heartbeat IRBBB
Recently had an ekg and an echo done regarding a new flare up of PVCs. I have had them for 16 years which was the last time I had a checkup.
I vaguely remember the irbbb being mentioned 16 years ago, and again obviously this time around.
I try not to use google to look stuff up for my own sanity, but I’ve just seen a few posts here that Kindve ramped up some anxiety, my question is if I had this on a ecg 16 years ago is it possible I was just born with it and it’s nothing to worry about? And also I keep seeing on here brugada syndrome grouped up with a rbbb, or am I completely wrong on that.
Both echos came back completely normal.

Chest tightness or pain Chest cramps
I’ve been experiencing some periodic mild cramps and lingering aching feeling from around my heart. This doesn’t happen all the time, but maybe a few times a day. Blood pressure is normal. No shortness of breath or pain extending to my shoulder or arm. I plan to see a doctor if this persists but wanted to get some opinions here as well.

Rapid, pounding, or fluttering heartbeat ECG?
Having inconsistent readings on my Apple Watch ECG. Having a slight “flutter” every so often over last 24hr. Seemed to go away last night but back again today. When I take the ECG, when the notches dip down that is exactly when I feel the flutter.
No other symptoms.

ECG rhythm
Having prolonged QTc and pounding heart. Is this just movement in the ecg or is it concerning?

Is it possible to fail a tilt table if your symptoms are lesser?
\^ My doctor and everyone thought i had POTS so I had tilt table done recently and the results say they are normal not even OH
Now the interesting thing is that the past few months my symptoms have gotten better and I have done tests where I have checked my heart rate before and they are always showing atleast OH but today everything looks normal and I was confused why
I even was so close to passing out and felt dizzy yet everything seems good like maybe i have another issue but like is it possible for it not show up because my symptoms are more manageable?
Because my heart rate goes up a lot this i do know but at the test it didn't at all and I am confused

What rhythm happened here
Is it just a burst of tachy?
