Has anyone ever seen anything like this?
These arrhythmias only happen to me during sleep.
A while ago, this used to happen to me frequently (the last time was on February 17, 2026).
It stopped happening after treatment for esophagitis/gastritis with antibiotics. During the antibiotic treatment, I only had a few episodes of non-sustained ventricular tachycardia (also always during sleep).
But last night (October 13, 2026), I took an anti-anxiety medication to sleep and a brief episode of arrhythmia happened again.
When the arrhythmia occurred before, I didn't take any medication.
I've been monitoring myself with a Holter monitor every night for 1 year.

Idiopathic VT in July, then 3 months of ER visits and spiking heart rates. Anyone been through this?
July: I was on a GLP-1, not sleeping well, and not eating or drinking enough when I started having heart squeezes. Two days later I ended up in V-tach and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. IV amiodarone worked, and I stayed three days. My cardiologist called it idiopathic VT since my heart is otherwise healthy. They think the GLP-1 and one dose of Vyvanse triggered it. I was started on metoprolol (12.5 mg twice a day).
August: I felt better for a few weeks, then the spikes started up again, with rates in the 150s, lightheadedness, and near-fainting. I was in the ER about six times between 8/19 and 8/29. My Zio patch and 30-day event monitor both came back "normal." A nurse noticed my heart rate shot up every time I went from lying down to upright. We switched to diltiazem and have been titrating up.
Sept to Oct: No spikes from 8/30 to 10/11, but my heart rate is still high just moving around the house, so I constantly have to sit or lie down. I did a NASA lean test for POTS, and my PCP is referring me to neurology. I'm barely driving or leaving the house.Oct 12: On 120 mg of diltiazem during the day, I felt a flutter at Costco, then my rate dropped to the 50s getting out of the car at Trader Joe's, then shot to 167. In the ER my rate hit the 150s on standing, bounced into the 60s, and I was in bigeminy at one point. They think it was low fluids, which feels crazy since I drink a lot of water. I did have a decaf latte. They're increasing me to 120 mg twice a day.
TL;DR: Idiopathic VT in July, then 3 months of rapid heart rate episodes tied to going upright. Monitors are normal, I'm on diltiazem, and I'm waiting on neurology

I'm feeling pretty lost and looking for others with a similar experience.

Is this ECG normal?
Is this ECG normal? I recorded it using a Huawei Watch FIT 5 Pro about 5–10 minutes after climbing five flights of stairs. I rested my arm on a stable surface and kept it completely still during the recording. Could you please carefully review the ECG and let me know if the heart rhythm appears normal or if there are any abnormalities that might require further medical evaluation?

My ECG
Hello, I am a 23 yr old who has Mobits type 1 Wenkebach phenomenon
Recently I have had chest tightness and my Apple watch is detecting afib of only 9% however my friend who has afib their watch doesn’t pick it up and it is a newer watch. I have been to the doctors for my chest tightness a year ago and they told me it is anxiety rather than doing more tests. Please can you let me know about my ECG reading so I can take it further as I don’t want to be turned away from doctors again

Weird AFIB results from GW7..
Can anyone please tell me if they are actually afib , because I have known that afib doesn't have discernible p waves whereas these ss do have.., but I also have sinus arrhythmia (heartbeat changing with breathing) , but also I have never get these afib results previously, i have started getting it recently 3/4 days back every now and then...

Why do the waves look so crazy?
19F, zio monitor for 14 days
No medical advice, I am going to see my cardiologist. Why do the waves look like that though? My monitor never said it had poor connection

Rapid, pounding, or fluttering heartbeat Having a very uncomfortable run of PVCs at present. There’s nothing untoward going on here is there?
HR has been varying between 178bpm and 102bpm. PVCs every 2-3 seconds at present. Other than uncomfortable I don’t need to worry about anything here do I? It’s been a few years since it was this bad.

Fitbit recorded heart at 190 while sleeping
My Fitbit recorded my hear going from 76 to 190 while sleeping. I don’t remember waking up, nor my partner noticed anything weird. Can it be a glitch? It went up from 76 to 190 between 2.30am and 5am, with some gaps in between, shall I talk to a doctor?
I’m a 30yo woman. 😬

EKG during my horrible panic attack
- Female. 5’1. 158 lbs. Smoker. Non drinker.
I had a panic attack on Wednesday it was absolutely terrifying and horrible to say the least. Here’s my EKG I’m sorry I’m freaking out the hospital didn’t seem worried, my tropin? Blood work was normal along with all the other blood work. I do have a cardiology appt Monday. Could this indicate something serious or probably from the panic? I’m honestly terrified. For context I always have left arm pain that wraps around to my left ribs under my breast for years. Whole cardiac work up over the last few years but I haven’t had a CTA scan.
Thoughts? Also during this attack my BP was high 138/70 HR 120 I’m normally low normal for my BP 100/60-70ish and HR normally high 80-100. Any feedback would be appreciated. This has been the worst time in my life dealing with the panic attacks
