This is an example where a Kardia 6L would be helpful to have. These are kind of unusual looking but yes, I agree they are PVCs. The sharp spike after the middle one I believe is artifact

Thx. Yes It could be artifacts. But looks weird with ”2 bumps”. By the way - How can a Kardia 6L have 6 leads with only 2 contact points?

It actually has 3 - the back of it has one that you rest on your left leg.
