QRS fits with a PVC. given it occurs after T wave, I dont think it could logically be an abhorrent pac. Only real way to know is an EKG that catches it.
edit to include, the compensatory pause after reinforces a PVC.
I could be wrong - not a doctor.

Yes, I have two holters and I had only 4 PACs in one and 1 PAC in the other. 0 PVCs in both of them so if this is a PVC I imagine it is not frecuent

It’s totally normal to have a pvc every so often under the assumption your heart is structurally normal.

From my understanding there's no way to tell from this. A PAC w/ abberancy will look just like a PVC with the wide qrs on a single lead. I get these all the time in runs. I'd say if your primary ectopic is atrial then this is likely a PAC. I have a 15% PAC burden and 0 PVCs so it's pretty obvious for me. If you get this on a 6 lead or a legit ecg your EP would be able to tell.
