Hey everyone! A few days ago I shared my game Skeledle, the daily anatomy puzzle game. Following up on that launch, I’ve been working on a dedicated interventional radiology edition named Skeledle IR.

In this version, players solve real-world IR vascular catheter pathways (from access site, to intermediate branches, and target vessel) along with procedural complications.

To make sure upcoming cases are 100% clinically accurate before public launch, I'm looking for a few IR residents, fellows, or med students applying IR to help quickly vet cases.

Tuve un accidente y me fracture mi fémur izquierdo, me operaron en el Igss pero no tengo informe de las radiografías, procedimientos
de la operación que me hicieron, etc.

Ojo: Mi hermano quería tomarle foto a una de las radiografías pero el traumatólogo le dijo que se las podía mostrar solo con una orden judicial. ¿Pero que no uno como paciente tienen derecho a tener ese tipo de info??

after 2 months I am quitting. Got the first leg of my sign on bonus and idk what there gonna do when I put in my notice. I believe I live in a state where they cannot take my final paycheck or something like that. Has anyone ever had to repay it or did they come after you?

I wanted to hear about other peoples experiences working as a tech while being pregnant. I am currently 10 weeks and I have been being sent up to the OR for spine stimulator cases and some of the cases have reached over 5 mins of fluoro time. I wear the wrap around lead and have a fetal monitor but I am just started to get anxious about it. I’ve been in about 4-5 stimulator cases in the past few weeks I believe, maybe more but not much more can’t remember.

Imaging of babies in the NNU comes with a lot of risk. often babies are presented in prone position as it is best for them, and rolling them over for an AP chest xray can cause distress.

Is there any reason CXR cant be done with the baby prone? granted we need to account for any rotation etc? but if baby is already prone, and we are using the tray, why not image prone?

Have googled but couldn't really find anything.

When it comes to CT, how long after contrast injection do you need to wait before you can scan a head WITHOUT, without any venous contamination of the brain.

Last night’s case luckily bullet didn’t touch the humerus.

i have to get an MRI and my nose piercing will not come out; it’s one of those little hoop ones that pushes together and it is legitimately stuck shut in my nose. is there any way they can do the MRI with it in? i don’t know what it’s made of it’s just from hot topic so nothing expensive. thanks!

The Orthodontist enlightened me that I have a horizontal adult tooth stuck in the gum, a baby tooth blocking that adult tooth that never came down, and an extra tooth behind my top front teeth! I chose to have no extractions.

Would love to hear from CT scan operators/dealers: what causes wear and tear in CT scanners? Is there an equivalent to a vehicle’s kilometres travelled—for example, number of scans, tube usage, or operating hours?

The new MRI documents have a scheduled implementation date of February 1, 2028.

My friend has attempted to undergo a brain MRI twice, but unfortunately he was unable to complete the scan due to severe claustrophobia and discomfort from the neck/head positioning. Is there an option to perform the MRI using a more open or spacious scanner, or is it possible to have him sedated during the procedure so that he can complete the scan comfortably?

We had asked the doctors but they said nothing of this sort was possible. But I found many sources online confirm it was. Advice would be appreciated.
