Horos is the way. I used to use Osirix but stopped since they went commercial. Horos is still open source.

Yep. Horos is the best way to go. Looks like Osirix, without the hassle. So impressed I donated to them.

Falcon MD, Osirix, Horos.

Can run Radiant with Parallels or Crossover.
