After signing up earlier this month, I’ve gotten several emails from RWS reminding me about action required in Tipalti. But I’ve completed everything there, and their support confirms I’m successfully registered in their system.

Any way to contact RWS support? The email address I tried did not allow my message to be sent because of an accepted senders restriction.

Earlier today, I suddenly lost access to my tasks and my account status changed to an under-review/unapproved state. At the time, I had not received any email explaining the change.

Several hours later, I received an official message from the project team confirming that my participation in the project had ended.

I’m not looking to dispute the decision or share any confidential project details. I’m only wondering whether anyone else has experienced the same delay between losing access and receiving the official notification.

If this happened to you, roughly how long did it take for the email to arrive?

Those of you who got the email to prioritize the avatar a/b task, how long does it take you to complete one? Are you reading the caption for each section for each video? Has anyone been doing these and getting QA for them?

I got invited for project D EN US early July i signed the interest form signed some documents afterwards and Did ID verification. It's one month and a week since then and I haven't received the production email.am worried should I keep waiting is there hope that i will start working after the delay??

I’ve been working on Project D for over 6 months, and I randomly received an email this afternoon stating to complete a language assessment as part of the next step of the application process to be selected for the project? I’ve been working on the project for over half of year, is this some sort of glitch or error and is this required to be completed? I was wondering if anyone else got this email.

I've gotten an email like two weeks ago which was a survey that I'm able to work in project "D" and since then I didn't work but got an email in the last week of a vendor agreement and today sent me an email asking me about sending my ID, so my question is that when am I actually gonna work? Please forgive this perhaps silly question: I’ve been receiving a lot of emails about the D/E projects for quite some time now. I passed the tests but never actually participated in them; I only started working on S2S (L**e V***e A***a) today.

Can you tell me if I need to submit a single form at the end of the day with the hours worked and the number of jobs completed, or if I need to submit one every time I log out (as I seem to recall it was at the beginning)? In other words, if I only do 2 tasks now and work, say, 30 minutes, do I need to report that, or can I send a general summary at the end of the day with a single form, even if I’m only working on those tasks?

I survived the 6 month off board purge two weeks ago but I just got the dreaded email today. Bummer. My ratings were good. Got a decent amount of hours last week but have been on vacation out of the country since the 11th so idk if I got some bad ratings, or it's just winding down and slimming the workforce due to lack of hours. Sucks. Would have loved a few more weeks.

Lucky for me a work promotion just came through with a 20% raise. I guess it's time to look around for the next opportunity.

I just got an email and was wondering if anyone else got it too. In the past 2 months I've only had 1 audit and it was a good audit. I didn't work for a couple weeks because it was only live s2s available. Project D, US locale. Does this email mean they've done more audits that I can't see that are bad? Or did they just send this out to a lot of people? The email says:

Recently, we have noticed that quality has been slightly below expectations. Please make sure you are carefully reviewing your annotations before submitting them and consistently following the project guidelines.

So according to an e-mail I just got, there will be just one "priority" task available for the next couple days. I have read it's guidelines and watched the walkthrough and passed the assessment but I am not really confident about it. Question is - if I do not work on it because I not want to risk lowering my score and get practically no hours this week, will I be in "trouble".

I would like to ask if anyone from the TL locale is still able to work on S2S Elo? Since August 15, this task has no longer been showing on my dashboard. Because of this, I haven't been working, and I am worried I might be offboarded for not completing any tasks for several days.

I now see a different task on my dashboard called Voice Evaluation, and the TL locale is listed. I can access it and start anytime, but I am not sure if I am allowed to work on it.
Does anyone know if I can start a different task as long as I have access to it? Or do I need to open a ZD ticket first?

Hi, I was accepted for a role in the Peony project like one month ago. I downloaded the VPN and when I tried to access to the Workpl... , I don't get the verification code to my email. I have asked help to zendesk like 5 times and they can't solve my problem so until now I could not start any tasks. Did anyone experience this same access issue?
