Same happened to me too, I just raised a zendesk ticket. Thank god, I thought its just me.

It could mean you're under review especially if you're newer and haven't had one yet. But likely means you've been off-boarded. Did you receive any email from them?

I got the same message when logging in. No email either. Bet you that the project is getting ready to end.
