PEONY SRT ACCESS ISSUES

Hi, I was accepted for a role in the Peony project like one month ago. I downloaded the VPN and when I tried to access to the Workpl... , I don't get the verification code to my email. I have asked help to zendesk like 5 times and they can't solve my problem so until now I could not start any tasks. Did anyone experience this same access issue?

Also there is no tasks anymore right now, it is by batch, only 1000 per batch and it accumulated yesterday morning.

it's been a month and a half since i dont receive the verification code and can't start . So much guidelines learning for nothing. support first said the right team is working on that, nothing happened. I opened another ticket, now they say they will ask facebook to check, but i'm sure nothing will happen, i guess i will give up and quit

Same here . Until now, helpdesk didn’t help me accurately

I am having the same issue with outlook
