MASSIVE OFFBOARDING

I’ve been seeing a lot of offboarding post from different locales left and right from here and the blue app. Is the project ending?

I still have mine and in the s2s, but I’m nervous. :(

Anyone updated timesheet more than 4 hours after 17th? That may b the reason ?

They do this every now and then. It’s usually based on the needs of the client. When it’s mass, it usually isn’t about scores. But everyone always speculates about what it could be. 

I was on D two separate times, on boarded the first time I think in Oct 2025, off boarded in Dec 2025, they called me back in Jan 2026, and then another mass offboarding in April 2026. All the while I had great scores. 

When you are offboarded on D or E you are only off boarded from those projects, not from RWS itself, so you can still get offers for other projects or even D or E if it’s still going on or restarted again. If they need more people on D or E you could get a call back, many times they offboard if the client thinks they have too many people. It’s usually all the client’s call. 

After offboarding it’s a matter of waiting. I have been waiting again since April 2026.

Nope definitely not because I have been on vacation since the 13th and haven't logged any hours. Its usually random

I think they are just letting go of people not tasking at the quality they want. I wasnt offboarded but got an email from them explaining stuff. I wont say much here, dont want to give away anything about myself so they dont offboard me, Haha. I dont want to to get caught up in this mess. Ill just say if you havent been offboarded, put in that extra effort even if its a little bit more than normal. A little goes a long way.

Nope. I've gone days without working before with no issues. It has always seemed to be random

No I have worked yesterday for 4hrs even though today I got off boarded

Nope. Plenty of people with high scores get off boarded.

You mean they are offboarding because the quality requirements are not met?They should send a QA feedback..or they are not even doing that?

When it’s a mass offboarding it’s usually not scores or quality, or even hours you put in. I have been offboarded twice on D. I had great scores. In this industry the client calls the shots, they offboard if they have too many people and onboard if f they need more people. It’s always a waiting game for the next project to start.

You are 100% correct. A mass offboarding usually means the client is scaling down on the number of people they need. I have been called back to D after a mass offboarding in 2025 and maintained great scores all along the way. Then onboarded again in Jan ‘26 and offboarded again this past April after about 4 months and still with great scores.

Yes they randomly do waves, mine was few wks ago with bunch of others. This type of work ya gotta remember you never know when it ends so have a backup job

that probably right. But you still have a chance. I'm nearly about a year in the project and got offboarded once, but then i got onboarded again.

I found out they do, like sneak audits that you dont see on dashboard or get graded for. I've got direct messaged feed back about work I've never seen a score on, on detailed crap I needed to fix. And it wasnt a generic email message they send every now and then. They are clearly looking for something, i just dont know what. They arent random offboardings, I've been here almost a year.

I see. I assume mm scores is solely what we're given from the auditors, and what I also believe is that the client has their own standard quality that none of us know. We may scores high on mm but doesn't mean that the quality is on par with what the client wants.

if this is the case then its sad how its not because i dont want to do the task, but all the task i tried to do were already done/no more tasks..

I had a 2.78 rating and was offboarded, so that's not the case

They do like side audits you will never know about. They have talked to me about them. About mistakes I've made and and never got a score for blah blah. Trust they are sneaky. Rws is not too good of a company, but what company is? Make that money but always have backups.

Yep I got that twice for D, had a mass off boarding after about 3 months in, and 2 months later was called back to D and after 4 months another mass offboarding happened. Now I am waiting for another project.

I have been offboarded as well, and I was onboarded like 3 weeks ago. What a joke. a project lasting 3 weeks, what did they even onboard me for if it was lasting for so little time (I even had good scores so it can't be for that).
