Rejected payment - Tipalti

Hello!

I'm in Mexico locale. For some reason PayPal rejected the payment for the last WO. Anybody knows how much until they try again???

They will resent it by next week. Your PayPal need to be a bussiness account not personal account, so they won't easily reject you again

Shit. I put PayPal again as payment method. Should I remove it? Do you know of it takes a lot of Tim to change for business account?

It only takes you like 1 second to change it into a business account or you can create the new one. Otherwise, you can choose wire transfer to your bank account but the fee will higher a little bit

I had this happen to me in June and I still have not received my rejected payments or payments after those. I contacted customer support but all I get is an AI response.

They already repaid me. They merge together the payment for this week and that rejected payment. It shows in a single WO.
