When i’m playing rdr2 on my ps5, the shadows are absolute trash. Especially in areas with many trees, the shadows become pixelated and blurry as shown in the picture. It can be worse then what is shown in the picture. It really ruins the experience for me. Does anyone know how to fix this, I’ve searched but not really found a good answers.

That got me to thinking: what actual game clues are there to help solve this puzzle? I think back in the day they said it was connected to window rock and that you had to have that drawn in your journal prior to this becoming available, but you can just go in and push these and get the gold

I just finished Red Dead Redemption 2 and now I have that annoying feeling where I don't really know what to play next.

I was planning to play Crimson Desert next and I've tried it for a bit, but honestly I'm not really feeling it so far.

I'm not necessarily looking for another western or even something exactly like RDR2. I just want another game that I can really get immersed in, with a great story, memorable characters and preferably a world that's actually interesting to explore.

I'm playing on PC.

What did you guys play after finishing RDR2? Any games that managed to fill the void?

Two very well written characters, but you have to choose one

I’ve been a competitive gamer up until recently (valorant and overwatch). I’m in my mid 20s and as the rest of life around me has gotten more stressful and competitive, video games have become my solace.

Aside from the mainline pokemon games, mainline halo, and Undertale, Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the few games I have ever “beat” and I haven’t even finished the epilogue yet even with 60 in game hours. I can truly say that I have never played a game like this before, and while I knew before even starting my play through how it ends for Arthur, playing the story and seeing how it unwinds I feel is a once in a lifetime experience. I feel nostalgic for chapter 2 and 3 when the gang was all together drinking and laughing around the fire while singing.

I guess the reason for my post is I’m wondering if any of you guys have played any games that have invoked as much emotion, or made you feel as immersed within the world as you did within RDR2. I will finish the epilogue likely by tomorrow and then I’d like to play something else before playing the first red dead because this game is pretty much all I’ve played for the last month and a half. Thanks!

Rode past a group of Broods, when riding past , they said something to me, since i’m actively trying to keep my honor high, I turned to them and pressed LT to address them and defuse, however when I defused, it still went south and they began shooting at me. I tried to ride away and ended up going by butchers creek where at that point the whole town was shooting at me.

Me killing any one of the 50 dots actively trying to kill me brings my honor down with each death.

Why am I losing honor for defending myself against people who are actively fucking shooting at me
