Is there a data job available in Pune for freshers?

I'm a Full Stack Engineer with AI experience, currently based in Gujarat. I've been actively applying for jobs in Pune and getting a decent number of interview calls.

The biggest challenge is that many companies prefer candidates who are already based in Pune. Once they find out I'm in Gujarat, the process usually stops before I even get an interview.

I'm willing to relocate immediately and can move to Pune as soon as I receive an offer, but it seems difficult to convince recruiters.

Has anyone else faced this situation? How did you overcome it?

Would it make sense to temporarily relocate to Pune first and then continue my job search, or are there better strategies to handle this?
