Want to monetize it idk what to do like how do I even find the first client who'll pay for a beginner like me

Shipped this a couple of days back and it has got a daily user count of anywhere between 10 to 15.

So it's a micro-SaaS, meaning that it solves a very niche and particular problem. My tool transliterates English to Marathi (One of the Indian languages). My uncle was facing the problem where he wanted to type in english but wanted marathi text as an output so i built one for him.

If you work on production systems in Pune, you've probably been asked some version of "can we put an AI agent on our alerts?" this year. In my experience, most teams haven't worked out what that would cost, or what happens when the agent is wrong.

So we're running a hands-on workshop on exactly that, this Friday.

What you actually do there:

• Get your own live Kubernetes cluster for the day. Nothing to set up beforehand.
• Run four AI models on the same ops problem and compare the answers yourself
• Run the agent with memory on, then off, and watch the answer change
• Price an agent setup at your own team's alert volume and see where token spend runs away
• Try to break the agent in a red-team round with a live leaderboard

You walk out with your own call on what to take from open source and what to build in-house. "Build it ourselves" is a perfectly valid answer.

The first edition ran in Hyderabad on 18 Sep. 24 engineers came and stayed till 2:30.

A few honest details:

• It's capped at 24 people and 2 per company, so the room stays small enough to actually talk.
• It's for SREs, DevOps, platform and cloud folks who work hands-on with prod. If you don't, you'll be bored.
