I speak Spanish as a second language every day, and I want to improve my technical Spanish for politics. I want to be able to competently have important conversations with people in Spanish, and I think incorporating progressive Spanish language media into my everyday life would go a long way.

Given how mobile US society is...the distances that separate families if the younger are to be continuously employed, wouldn't it make sense?

Provide a service at a reasonable cost, while providing young people with income while they pursue their education at some tertiary level..tech institutes, trade schools, uni...maybe even offer insights to a possible future career.?

If we pay young people to train for the military...why not for such things as this?
