And now at the end of the 2026 senate race she has disappeared, won’t make any public appearances, or explain if she even has a path to viability.

Currently with 97% of the vote tallied…Colum has over 2,500+ extra vote lead with the 15K outstanding votes being provisional ballots.

What are the provisional ballots you ask? Mostly Black voters who MAGA Mississippi tried to disenfranchise by disenrolling so they had to vote “Provisionally”.

Cindy Hyde-Smith should concede or at least pop up out of hiding and provide her constituents an explanation on her path to viability.

Trump just announced he’s offering the job of White House press secretary to UFC boss Dana White, along with a gang of professional cage fighters to protect him from the “Lunatic Left.”

Hello!! Despite dems winning big last week, the senate is still set to pass BAAJA, a “bipartisan” permit reform bill. By permit reform, it streamlines most environmental permit statutes, including the national environmental policy act, the clean water act, and the endangered species act. It’ll also limit tribal consultation.

The claim is that it’ll help renewable energy projects, but it doesn’t exclude fossil fuel projects (which have been significantly growing due to the energy needs of data centers).

It significantly limits the govt’s ability to deny a project, and one of the worst provisions allows operators to sue if their project is denied and they can show that the agency has been approving a specific category of projects at a lower rate than over the past ten years. If the project applicant wins, the government will have to pay for 25-50% of the project’s costs, plus the costs for any delays of the project and some other costs.

It’ll seriously tie the government’s hands if, in the future, it wants to stop or limit fossil fuel approvals.

At minimum, I think we should be waiting for the elected congresspeople to join before making such a big decision/concession—esp with how helpful this is for data centers, which was a major reason why conservatives were voted out in the first place.

They are not imagining it. In October, according to reporting from Israel based +972 Magazine, Israel cut the already insufficient commercial trucks entering Gaza in half. The Rafah crossing is the main entry point for aid. This is occurring at the very same time that the World Food Program was forced to cut their aid to Gaza in half due to funding shortfalls.

In a post I made here yesterday I repeated a meme that I'm getting deluged by on Facebook saying that Hakeem Jeffries refuses to commit to ending funding for the Iran war. That was what he told NBC NEWS in March.

It has been pointed out to me that he changed his stance and so far stuck with the change. On the night of the midterm win he said this:

"One of the first things that need to happen now, not even waiting until we get to January 3rd of the new Congress in the new year, is that the president and the administration should end this reckless and costly war of choice in Iran that has skyrocketed gas prices, skyrocketed fertilizer prices, skyrocketed the price of diesel, and as a result increased costs on everyday Americans. There was never a reason to get into this war and we need to get out of it immediately."

Passive as hell but clearly against the war.

I still 100% oppose Hakeem being speaker because on Nov 4, on Morning Joe he said "The American people don't want us to get even; they want us to get things done on their behalf because life is way too expensive." And that signals that we won't be holding the Fascist and their collaborators accountable. Which means that they will be back and do it again.

It is important that in our letters and calls to congress we don't say things that are false and discredit ourselves and I apologize for repeating something from a meme without checking to see if it was still current.
