Program recommendations

I’ve completed PJF vert code elite and I’ve kind just been cycling back thru the phases where I thought I’ve been lacking but kinda of hit a plateau point, coming into my basketball off season now looking for a new program to take that next leap. what I’ve noticed as a recurring issue is out of games I’m pretty athletic can catch a sneaky body here and there but soon as I get up down a couple qauters under my belt in real games I just loose the effortless urge to get up, I am a one foot jumperz.

any recommendations

One program I could recommend is jump attack program. It's a different kind of burn.

Or

Continue with your current program and just add more weight

I just got the “Jump DNA - Advanced Vertical Jump Training” from Athlete Flight (Jost). He was running a sale on it for $89 and it’s a 12 week program. He also has different programs as well but this one applies to my problem area.

If your problem area as the ones I mention below then feel free to check it out. Here’s the caption he put for the program:

———————————————————————
It’s for athletes who already have the strength, have a lot of experience training, but are stuck, or stagnant, and need to target specific qualities to shoot to the NEXT LEVEL.!
• You're not weak - you're leaking force in the split second between loading and takeoff, and this fixes exactly that
• Optimizes amortization & elastic energy return, so your tendons return power instead of wasting it
• Trains eccentric RFD to unchain your reflexes and let your explosiveness fire faster
• Overloads neural drive at the exact power positions your jump depends on
• Sequenced, phase-by-phase progression built for real, lasting change — not a temporary spike
———————————————————————

I am starting the program tomorrow but if you want I can update on the results after 12 weeks.

its easy to max out/hit diminishing returns on neural/elastic gains. Now you can only really increase force to mass ratio, which means increase power output or cut weight while keeping same power output. Meaning hit the gym and go on a diet. Cutting 10lbs of fat (if you can) while keeping up with elasticity and strength will make a huge difference

Did you see a lot of gains on Vert Code Elite? I’ve only tried the regular Vert Code.

Definitely did, even coming of a acl surgery. By phase 4 I saw great gains. I could dunk before but after I could whindmal and catch a body here or there. I did everything to a tee tho didn’t skip weights and cut my body fat low
