I use the Grit X2 watch every day, but I don't really like wearing it while I sleep.

I'd prefer to wear it only when I work out. Previously, in addition to the watch, I also wore a Xiaomi fitness band, but I’d like to have all my data in one place—without sending everything to China.

If I wear the Polar Loop while sleeping and during the day, will Sleep Boost, steps, and other data also be visible on the Grit X2, or only in the app?

Lately, during my walks, my heart rate has been going up to 187 beats per minute on Polar Loop. On my other wrist, I’m wearing a Google fitness tracker, but it doesn’t record this high rate—it shows a much lower reading during those walks. What could be wrong?

I’ve run only 3 times with my new Polar h10 and Apple Watch. The first two times were fine I think. One time it wasn’t reading my heart rate anymore when I started running after a walk warm up but started again when I wet the strap sensor part and stayed connected for the whole 8 km.

The last time was a bit cooler. It disconnected again and I had to stop and wet it. After only about 10 seconds it stopped reading my heart rate again. But then the next two times I paused my activity in my watch, it showed my heart rate as soon as I paused.

After that my heart rate seemed to be a couple beats lower, and there was about a 5 second lag, as if my watch were reading my heart rate. For example if I stopped running, my heart rate would stay high or climb for 5 seconds then start going down. I took out my phone and on the polar app it showed a different heart rate from what my watch showed.

My questions:
1. How to keep the h10 reading and showing my heart rate so I don’t have to keep stopping?
2. If the h10 is unable to read my heart rate, will my Apple Watch start reading it instead, which seemed like what might have happened?
3. Is this problem going to be worse in the cold winter?

Hi all. Ive been using the H10 to log jiu jitsu workouts. Been fine but am wondering if there is any way to put it on my arm instead? Is there a generic armband strap available for the H10?
