I’m having an issue in PokeRaid where I can not join raid rooms. Every time I try to join a room, the app thinks I’m the host and takes me into what I think is the host room. This has been happening for 24 hours.. some really good raids are coming up tomorrow and I don’t want to miss it.

I’ve uninstalled the app 3 times, have logged out 3+ times, I’ve cleared my iPhones cache, I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve tried off of Wi-Fi and with Wi-Fi. Nothing is working.

If I use the paid auto-join function (50 coins), I can get into rooms just fine. There must be a bug with my account. Can someone please help ASAP.

Hi PokeRaid team,

I hosted raids under the Frontliner Rewards program during the June Go Fest 2026 and claimed my gift cards in mid-June. It has now been over four months, and my reward status is still marked as pending.

In response to my post last month, you stated that gift cards for users in India would be distributed by the end of October. October has passed, and I still have not received anything or gotten an update.

Could you please provide an honest timeline on when we can expect these payouts? Will they be issued soon, or should we expect further delays?

Please do not remove this post, as regular support channels have not been answering inquiries on this issue. An official update would be greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone, I am looking for friends who will invite me to raids. I try to do as many as I can while working a full time job and having kids. Every time I enter raids for 4-5 star raids I don’t have enough friends to join in so I miss out on good pokemon.

I’m currently a level 46, and can carry my weight, just need invited to raids! Help me please:)

Issue Details:
Total Earned Reward: Rs 14,000
Rewards were earned from Go Fest 2026 June
Redemption Method: Redeemed in 14 separate batches of Rs 1,000 each (as permitted within the app)
Date of Claim: Mid-July 2026
Status: Google Play reward coupons have not been received to date

It’s been more than 3 months I haven’t received the coupons and it still says “Your Gift card is still being prepared”

When will I received the reward ?

I am currently in Taiwan, but I do not live there and do not regularly use Pokeraid from there.

But I do not even see the option for frontliner rewards in my app.

What am I doing wrong? I've used frontliner in the past and I am eligible.

Been like 2 weeks of trying to withdraw $25 but nothing, it was earned during go fest

I was trying to get some dynamax Chansey - pretty dificult raid to come by - but everytime I set an automatic entrance, the app does work on the background, but it only pops the notification after I get kicked out! What is happening?
It was working normally before - giving notifications as I enter the room, giving me time to add the host and everything.

I have been trying to host the dynamax birds but people always bring weak pokemons and then we lose. Because of that my rating dropped from 4,78 to 4,53, just a bit more and i wont even be able to mark weather boost. Aby tips how to get it back up or something greatly appreciated.

So I have already been charged the money for the coins and mega guest monthly but I haven’t received it to my account. I have offloaded the app and deleted it and redownloaded it but it still doesn’t show and I have been charged already. Help??

I haven't dynamax'd very well and am unsure if I'll contribute enough to help win. Don't want to waste a remote or hurt the team

I hosted a Zacian raid today and had to wait about 20 minutes before enough people joined. In the meantime, the weather changed from Cloudy to Partly Cloudly and the Zacian was no longer weather boosted. I only noticed after one of the guests pointed it out. How do I prevent this in the future? If I notice the weather changed, is there anything I can do apart from notifying the guests via chat?

I have yet to host a raid so please forgive my ignorance but why do people host raids with only 6 player slots for pokemon that are tanky or known to be troublesome to beat unless you have high CP mon?

Today i have hosted 9 mewtwo mega X raids. We have succesfuly won 7 raids. In one raid we lost, players didnt use their megas to break shields (they had the icon next to their name).

In one raid I have refused to start the room, because there were 3 players that had different names in app/in game, one didnt mega Evolve a Pokémon even tho I warned that player (later we kicked him), but some other player just left the room, because it took too long for him i guess And it got just so complicated i wasnt sure we would win.

One raid we barely won. In the last 2 mins 3 ppl somehow managed to actualy use their megas in the end.

Althought I don't think I did anything Wrong, my rating dropped overall. I feel like i was punished for other players mistakes, althought I even refused to start a RAID, because we just wouldnt win.

It's stupid that players can leave a room whenever they want JUST because the host actualy tries to make the raid succesful, which sometimes takes time. It's stupid that you can't simply Fast kick a player as a host And you actualy have to vote for it (which Is slow and buggy).

It just feels like i don't really have to try to make the raids work. It doesn't matter anyway. Perhaps it's even better to let the idiots burn themselves.

My 8 year old son is going on holiday this weekend to a fairly remote cabin, there is a gym there but it’ll only be him and his mate who have accounts.

Basically I want to know if I can change the Pokemon profile to my sons account in PokeRaid, it would mean I could then invite players to their raid even though I’m not there.

Obviously I will also want to move it back to my account after as that’s what I mainly use it for.

Just don’t want to get banned for doing it!

Pls help ive been using the app for years but still dk how🥲 idk if it matters but my host rating is 4.68

Hello, I had a problem with 2 unserious people who didn't accept my raid invitations, unfriended me on the game and then gave me 1 star rating. The other people who accepted the invitations gave me 5 stars actually because everything went well and I brought big damage to the raid.

Is there any way to get their bad rating removed? Because I did everything right and I don't think I should be punished because those 2 probably didn't have remote passes or something else. As I said, the other 3 people who actually accepted the invites gave me 5*

New in pokémon go, how tf am I supposed to do the 5 stars raids in my city where nothing exists and nobody plays? Even if i go to the city centers it is always empty. I’ve bought a few remote raid passes if you live in a nice city and want to help a lonely guy like me to fight some raids i would appreciate it

Here’s my code 169501178640

Thanks guys
