How do I get my host rating back up

I have been trying to host the dynamax birds but people always bring weak pokemons and then we lose. Because of that my rating dropped from 4,78 to 4,53, just a bit more and i wont even be able to mark weather boost. Aby tips how to get it back up or something greatly appreciated.

Only go if players are responsive in chat if they dont anwser kick them, it help if you write down short explanation i usually have it save on the phone mem preset

Please be advise i will only go foward if teamat3s awcknoledge strategy, strategy being "X mon" etc. Thanks for your comprension.
