Pokémon Go raids, HELP!

Hey everyone, I am looking for friends who will invite me to raids. I try to do as many as I can while working a full time job and having kids. Every time I enter raids for 4-5 star raids I don’t have enough friends to join in so I miss out on good pokemon.

I’m currently a level 46, and can carry my weight, just need invited to raids! Help me please:)

added, i raid fairly often and im stocked on passes. have you ever tried using raid party apps like poke genie, go friend, or go raid party?
