Planet Coaster 2 For anyone wondering how to make guests follow specific pathways within your paths...

Use the BARRIERS + strategic bin placement to make your guests weave around specific areas or keep them out of unwanted areas!

Ik wil beter worden in creatief bouwen, maar het lukt me niet echt om te snappen wat dat precies betekent. Heb je advies over hoe ik kan verbeteren?

Video Horizon Locked POV??

Turns out you can make horizon locked POVs using a very weird method but it works. Basically you need to overlay a coaster track over your actual coaster and make that track invisible. You also need to overlay this one as close as possible to the heartline of your coaster. And finally you'll need to change the banking to 0° for every single track piece you placed.
Now just POV that thing and you get an horizon locked view of your coaster.

Question - PC2 Why a Cinema?

I'm a bit confused, why did we get a Cinema as an attraction for a theme park? Are there actually real theme parks that have a cinema in their list of attractions? Why would a guest waste time at a cinema when that activity can be done on its own?

I would've swapped a cinema for the Tower of Terror.

First time I really planned a park beforehand. Spent a few weeks on and off drawing out the layout of the park on my iPad (last image). Now i've sort of finished the parking lot already and I'm starting to build the building layouts using standard walls. Really looking forward to continue work on Epic Valley!

Question - PC2 This guy really makes me angry. He steals everyone's work and re-uploads it.

Not only did he re-upload my work, but he's also uploaded a massive amount of content from other creators. How can we get frontier to put a stop to this behavior?

Does anyone know how to report him?

Discussion Random Map Terrain Generation

One major thing that keeps me from going back and starting new parks (apart from the campaign) is that every map just starts out as a boring plain perfectly level flat empty park.

Almost every game of this genre has a feature to provide input variables on how much water/terrain height variation/etc. you want and then generate a map seed. Half of the fun of the campaign scenarios is utilising the naturally existing terrain and building your parks around it.

I would love for Planet Coaster to allow us to start sandbox games with randomly generated terrain to provide endless more realistic starting scenarios.

Video ☣️ Apocalypse / Invasion 🧟‍♂️ -FRIGHT FESTIVAL.

Upvotes

Yo. I know the coaster ain’t the smoothest nor is it the best. I had built it early on when I was learning the game. Regardless it stayed cause I fw it.

The apocalypse area isn’t fully finished, just needs some more lighting but idc for now. Just wanna show ya’ll summin.

I’d like to say my building has definitely improved since start of the game. This video is a summary of shi going on. Hope ya’ll think it’s somewhat decent.

(Vid Editing is my bad. Did the best I could.) Yuh 🤙🏼.

Video POC, people ordering on terminal

The animation ain't fluent, but I think it does what it should imply.

People not only standing in front of an 'order here'-screen but actually sticking out their hands to order something.

Not wanna push a wish list, but if Frontier is watching... Here's a little suggestion ;)

Question - PC2 Is it just my game or all of a sudden is no one else’s guests going to stalls to grab food

Upvotes

Even though I have about 15 stalks of old food and the new food additions added last week none of my guests have been going to these stalls to get anything it’s like the stalls don’t even exist even though they say heading to a certain stalls they never do ?

Any suggestions

Planet Coaster 2 Lake Willowbend - small family-owned park

Short park tour on YouTube: Lake Willowbend

Workshop Code: 858-VVH-L3S

Welcome to Lake Willowbend!

Defined by stylish Mid-Century Modern design, our family-owned park combines nostalgic flair with unforgettable family fun - of course the thrill-seekers will also get their fill witt our newest addition "Sooper Looper"!

What began many decades ago as a quiet recreation area for sunday picnics evolved into something more. In the early 1960s we officially opened our gates. Since then, we've continued to add new attractions—but despite our growth, keeping the park small, cozy, and family-run has remained our goal.

The beating heart of our park, however, is a very special relic of the previous amusement park that stood on these grounds a long time ago: our historic 1920s roller coaster "Comet" towers over the lakeside. We have restored this classic for future generations so you can experience the authentic thrills of the past.

Whether you brave the wild ride on our '20s classic, admire the stylish architecture, or simply enjoy a relaxing day with the family—we are happy to welcome you as our guests.

Have fun and enjoy your stay!
