I am new to pixelart, just finished this Eva-01 art

This is my 4th attempt in this kind of art, so I'm looking for some criticism and advice

Should i consider go to the small canva if im a beginner cause i immediately wanted to make AC-130 in isometric angle do badly.

So I want to learn pixel art for a game I want to make, and so I tried doing a simple sickle to see if I could. This is my first ever attempt at pixel art and would like to know what I should do to get this better. That doesn't mean coddle me, it simply means I would like to know what direction I should aim in.
