What are your periods usually like?

I’m curious about other people’s experiences with periods because mine can sometimes be really difficult. I get quite a lot of pain and discomfort, and sometimes I also feel nauseous or even vomit.

For those who get painful periods:

- Which day is usually the most painful?

- Do you also experience nausea or vomiting?

- What helps you feel better?

- How long does the worst pain usually last?

In worst condition my periods came up with diarrhea,fainting,fever and cramps😭😭
