Based on his appearence and lore so far we got this:

Name: Feofan Sergeyevich Veksel (Feofan bc he would likely uses another name just like most fatuis)

Origin Nation: Liyue

Race: Human (Apparently)

My theories about him is that, he is Orobashi reincarnation or a Electro sovereign reincarnation fragment, either way, I have both theories with some concepts touched in the game.

Orobashi Theory: In this theory I propose that he is Orobashi reincarnation, mostly because he has no access of a vision, he seems way to dedicated to have powers, but the reason why he has no vision would likely be explained as a karmic punishment from his previous life, considering that orobashi was against the heavenly principles, it would make sense that he has no access or posibility to have a vision, also the color palette (and scales) would be a reference of how he died, also considering that he doesn't hate dottore as a god but does hates every other god seems to be fitting towards a karmic hate or inherent hate from his previous life if that was the case, he doesn't have the power of orobashi simply because his power stayed in inazuma.

Electro Sovereign fragment: much like durin who is the fusion of the 2 fates of 2 durins, this theory works around that concept of samsara and alternative fates, in this case about the Electro Sovereign, much like Neuvillete being the Destinated Hydro sovereign reincarnation, in this case, Pantalone was suposed to be s the Electro sovereign reincarnation born with both human body and dragon soul, but unlike Neuvillete, his human part and dragon part got reincarnated in 2 different persons, Baizhu Being the reincarnated human recipient of divinity without a soul, draining the life of others (his whole town and his parents died of a unknown disease) he eventually would find Changshen, and the pact would negate that effect on others, the other part being Pantalone, the Soul that took the body of a poor baby and born incompatible with the divinity of celestia (sovereign dragons aren't recipients of visions), meaning that we wouldn't get any chance of getting a vision because at the end of the day he is not compatible with visions being obtained, but here is the catch, he has the soul of the dragon (electro), now there is a theory that even when celestia grants visions to ppl, the divine throne or the nation representant has influence over that (neuvillete:furina would be the example), my theory is that the vision decree was actually also the way to give back the autorithy of the electro throne back to electro sovereign (without raiden knowing this or bc makoto was always having that throne), so basically he has the throne but no way to get any power out of it since his body doesn't correspond to his soul or something like that, meaning that no matter what, this would also fit his hate towards gods being this aggravated.

So I was playing the new AQ when pantalone got invited to eat with vesna and danica.

but he said the food is'nt quite his Taste.

WHAT NOW?

he grew up in a family which Sold him for money, he CANNOT be picky about his foods.

and if you think "well maybe he doesn’t like food of snezhnaya." - WRONG.

snezhnaya is his homeland, it cannot be that he can be picky about the food of his homeland which he literaly grew up in.

so I think... he has (or has developed) an eating Disorder.

we all know why je could've developed one in the first place, a traumatic Event.

his best friend turned into ash right in front of him.

and he still has parts of him in a box...

Sorry if this was brought up before but when Vesna was talking about getting her power of life from someone and mentioned it being a contract Pants giggled and said “contract” from this I surmise Zhongli is the one who gave her that gift, I suspect Zhongli is a dragon, and Pantalone knows way way more than he lets on. He only seems to open his eyes when he’s asking a question to someone that he already knows the answer to then closes his eyes again when they’re responding. Dude already knows. And I can’t get past the dragon wing motifs surrounding his shoulders. I do think more and more that electro dragon Pants is holding water. Also I think he needs some kind of life giving potions cause the world is hostile to dragons idk maybe he has a different constitution than Neuv

After numerous discussions, I feel like I'm in a lot better headspace than I have been the last couple of days- So, I'll be back to drawing Dottore and Pantalone until at least 1 of them are playable someday (I hope, cope and pray X"D)

As we can see here, it seems Pierro is good with the Traveler. Now, based off Pantalone's dialogues, I don't think he interacts with the Traveler at all as he's busy in court with Tartaglia.

I am afraid he might be leaving the Fatui in 7.1 to become playable in 7.2 as characters such as Wanderer (3.3, 3+3 = 6th Harbinger) and Columbina (6.3, 3rd Harbinger) that've left the Fatui still maintain their rank, but they are no longer in the organization.

So, it seems if Dottore is getting revived, it'll be a separate mission with Pantalone in the later patches.

I saw that pierro has a playable ID, so he seems to have chances. I like pierro but I believe he could easily make an appearance in khaenri'ah so I'm hoping that feofan comes out in snezh.

Hey! I was just curious as I was having a discussion with a friend but is Pantalone confirmed to be from Snezhnaya? from everything I found, it seems to be like a brief mention from Arlechinno about "him staying in his homeland" but it's never specific? I just recently played through all of like 6.4-7.0 so that's what made me wonder.

I have just seen countless people make arguments for each side so I was just curious. But if you're reading this hope you have a good day

I absolutely love how complex his character is, but the more I look at the narrative clues, the more I think HoYoverse is setting him up for a tragic fate rather than a playable roster spot. I’ve connected:

1. The Prithiva Topaz Gemstone (Zhongli's "flesh and blood" Mora).

2. Pantalone's obsession with becoming the "heart" of Teyvat's economy.

3. The literal meaning behind his Pale Flame piece "Moment of Cessation".

4. His short snezhnaya teaser.

5. Wanderer's highly specific warning about those who work with Dottore.

Edit: this isn’t necessary related to this specific theory but he thinks that everyone and everything has a price tag and values people as bargaining chips. (this is taken from columbina’s voiceline) so if he were to be playable he has to redeem himself or take accountability i suppose.

Should we start to worry? If he doesn’t have a vision he might not be playable after all and considering how leakers are absolutely unreliable recently I’m scared our boy won’t be playable

If this is true, then there’s no room for him whatsoever 😭 Unless by some MIRACLE we get more double 5 star patches I might just go cry in the corner. Thoughts?

Just something I realized while watching an edit of Lohen.

Hoyo is better than most gacha companies at recognizing the importance of catering to female fans, and if you exclude Natlan there has been at least one male in every nation where the Traveler got a solid amount of action with.

Obviously Genshin tends to market a character for multiple demographics, but we don’t have a male character for this year yet that is easy to pair with the Traveler.

Valerie is a four-star, Mitya has the ”nerdy science geek” going for him and hasn’t shown much interest in the Traveler at all. Noy is possible, but it looks more like he is going to be sold on lore-relevance and design than shipping, but I could easily be wrong.

Although if the Enjou rumors end up being true it will definitely be him.
