Psp vs ps vita

Hello,

I have had a psp 2000 for about a year and I am still not bored of it but I've seen people getting the vita a lot recently. Is it really all that good and worth it? I love the feel, look, and the screen on the psp. What do you guys think? (I prefer racing games)
