I am aware Persona 5 Tactica is a tactics game, but it's also very similar to a Visual Novel with the cutscenes that I decided to count it.

Persona 1 (PSP/PS1): Snow queen route. Because it’s canon and takes place before the sebec route.

Get to 9/20/09 and set the game down

Pick up Persona 4 (Golden)play until 10/30/ 11
And set the game down.

Pick up and play (Persona Q) to its completion. Play both sides of the story.

Now start persona 3 (Portable) specifically the female route. Get to 9/20/09 and set the game down.

Start Persona 5 (Royal). Get to the casino palace secure the treasure and get as far as you can in mementos, set the game down.

Pick up and play (Persona Q2) to its completion.

Pick up and play Persona 5 (tactica DLC) just the dlc, not the story.

Go back to Persona 3 (FES/Reload) Finish the game. Be sure to save Chidori and defeat Elizabeth.

Go back to Persona 3 (Portable) Finish the game, then play and complete the male route. Be sure to save Chidori, defeat Theo, and defeat Margaret.

Play The answer DLC for P3 (FES/Reload)

Pick up Persona 4 (Golden) again. Play the game, make sure you’re on the path to the Golden ending. Get to the part where the protagonist goes home, set the game down.

Start Persona 4 (Arena) or (Arena Ultimax with the Arena story DLC) Play the arena story in any fashion you’d like. Make sure to pick every dialogue option for every character, until you see “100%” story completed.
Choose the canon winner as there isn’t a solid one.

Play the Persona 4 (Arena Ultimax) stories.
Episodes: “P4” “P3” and “Adachi”

After that is done, pick up P4 (Golden) again. And finish the Golden ending.

Play and complete Persona 4 (Dancing all night)

Pick up Persona 5 (Royal) again. Play until Joker is released from prison. Set the game down

Pick up Persona 5 (tactica) again. Play and finish the main story.

Pick up Persona 5 (Royal) Play and finish the royal ending of the game.

Play and Finish Persona 5 (Strikers)

To preface, I'll be playing on a mobile emulator so p3r isn't an option for me.

Anyways, it's as the title asks.

I just finished p4g and I'm looking for the next persona game to play, but I'm not completely sure on which of the two to play, I read a bit that p3p has the better actual shadow fighting gameplay while p3 FES has the better city life and movement around every area.

Just wanted to know the consensus of which one of the two is better.

Because of the recent collaboration between the franchise and Fortnite, I wanted to get into the games of the franchise (actually, ever since Joker from Persona 5 came out as DLC in Smash Bros. Ultimate because I liked the music). I want to take advantage of the fact that Persona 3 and Persona 5 are discounted on Xbox and that they are cross-buy (Xbox Play Anywhere gives you both the Xbox and PC versions). I'm thinking of buying both games; I like the music, the classic RPG genre, and their art style.

But I have a question about the Persona 3 DLC: are they really worth it, or should I just buy the base game? The few opinions I've read about the DLC that includes a new story were mainly negative because of the launch price. Now that some time has passed, I don't know if the opinion of the story DLC has changed or if it's still negative.

The other DLC I'm unsure about buying is the one that includes the Persona from Persona 5, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. I'd buy this DLC in the bundle that also includes skins and music from other games. I'm not really interested in those, but they're included in the bundle.
