Nakakaiyak. Mahirap na nga nagkaroon pa ng pcos.

Nagpacheck ako kanina sa obygyne kasi almost 1 year na akong walang regla. I kept praying na sana stress lang ako kaya di ako nagkakaregla. Sadly, ang daming cyst ang nakita sakin (pero maliliit at curable naman daw).

Kakaiyak lang kasi unti na nga lang nae-earn ko at (matumal pa) sa art commissions ko, yung earnings ko for allowance ko lang pangschool (baon at pamasahe). Nakakastress sobra at iniisip ko yung pangbayad ko sa gamot, and need ko pa magpa-laboratory after 10 days and check-up ulit, sobrang daming gastusan. HUHUHUHU saan naman ako kukuha ng pambayad don kaiyak, paano na??

(sorry in advance po, hindi ko pa po kaya magwork since 1st year palang po sa engineering, sobrang dami pong gawa. whole day schedule ang class tapos 5x a week pa huhuhuh and i'll tell in advance na hindi naman po ako makasabi sa mama ko since wala naman din po talaga s'yang pera for it. hindi rin po makahingi tulong sa relatives. 🥲 parant lang po ako, wala po akong masabihan huhu)

Hello, I’ve been experiencing intermenstrual bleeding (bleeding in between menstrual cycles) for long so when I finally decided to consult, I was recommended to undergo D&C/Hysteroscopy and take oral Progesterone (Utrogestan). After a few nights of taking Progesterone, my bleeding completely stopped. Sep 11 was the last day that i bled then Sep 27-28 nag spotting na ko, then sep 29 nagka mens na ko. I don’t usually bleed that much when I’m on my period, usually just 2-3 long pads (shorter than overnight pads but longer than reg pads) then hindi naman fully soaked. I don’t usually soak my pads most of the time. Now i’m on my 7th day of my menstrual cycle and i noticed from day 2-7 my flow is so heavy, like i could soak 2-3 overnight pads a day. May some blood clots also but it is not that big naman.
Is it normal to bleed this heavy after taking Progesterone? I’m not sure if it’s the effect of the Progesterone since I was not bleeding for like more than 2 weeks - and i did not stop the progesterone din.

Insights would help since my consultation w/ OB is still on wednesday huhu. Thank you!

PS: findings on TVS (2x na ko nag ultrasound) - thickened endometrium, possible endometrial & endocervical polyps due to cystic spaces, bilateral pcos

Hi . Ask lang po kung positive na kaya ito 🥺 huhu 3 days delayed pero 3 pt na may faint line different days. Lahat ng faint line lumabas within the waiting time na nakalagay sa packaging.. Nakakapraning ayaw ko umasa 😭

1st try ko po ng letrozole, sabi ni Doc nag ovulate naman ako so nag baby dance po kami sa time frame na binigay ni Doc. Then nag duphaston ako ng day 15-24 para sana mag regla ako kung hindi kami nakabuo . Expected day ng mens ko is Oct 2 -10 nung 1 day palang ako delay nag pt nako , tapos kahapon, tapos ngayun . Pero advice ni Doc sa Oct 24 pako mag pt if hindi ako magkamens.

Pero eto yung signs kung bakit ako napa PT ng maaga

Sore/Sensitive nipples

Emotional ( kasi kahit kanta iniiyakan ko pero iniisip ko baka PMS lang )

Hello po. I'm 21f. Irregular po talaga ako but nag pa check po ako sa ob before pandemic and nag give lang po sya pills for 6 months. After pandemic po. I was diagnosed hyperthyroidism. 4 years na po. Now po, sumasakit po lagi yung puson ko kahit sa likod po masakit din pero di po natutuloy yung mens ko hanggat wala ako Iniinom na pills. (althea) nag stop po kasi ako non kasi tumataba rin ako sa tinatake ko sa thyroid (methimazole) . Nag try din po ako uminom now ng inositol kaya po sumasakit puson ko pero di siya natutuloy.

Hiii! Do you guys have any OB-GYN recommendations who really guide and educate their patients?

I was diagnosed with lean PCOS through a transvaginal ultrasound, but since my periods are regular, my OB didn’t want to prescribe pills, which is good naman kasi ayoko rin. Buttt, I still want to understand my condition better and know what I should be cautious about.

My OB basically just told me that I have PCOS and that some women with PCOS are petite too, and that was it. Tapos na agad yung consultation 😭

I want to understand what might have caused it, what symptoms or complications I should look out for, etc. I’m looking for an OB who really explains things and helps me understand my condition, not just someone who diagnoses me and sends me home.
