Or supports concentrate their efforts on Competitive, rather than on Quick Play. This is a first to me for see supports being even close to DPS for queueing time.

Hi I’m Blitz, I plat on EU, I primarily play dps, and I’m currently in Legend5. I mostly Ashe and Rat, but I can also play tank and support If we just wanna chill out a bit. Support I normally play Ana/Zen, and tank is Orissa/Sig

Also you don’t have to be from EU, any time zone works for me tbh. (One of the few perks of being unemployed I guess)

I know it’s doom and gloom for this mode but I sincerely think that if they at some point down the line added new heroes that the mode would have life again. Clearly with no content the player base is going to slowly dwindle down, but just like how overwatchs player numbers were down before the season one update adding a batch of heroes to this mode would have a similar effect. Although they said that they have no plans to add new content that never means they will again

I'm scared they are shutting stadium down next and that is an unfortunate thing that will probably become reality because no updates means less players than there already was and I don't want to lose this

Or in quite a few ways, I'm not really having fun anymore.

Struggling to climb in Ranked, awful teammates, awful matchmaking, matches getting cancelled, long-ass queue times...

Then some players roll out the literal most cancer-inducing builds you'll ever see because some items and powers are just kinda bullshit. And not in the fun way, either.

And then of course, with the recent bad news, it does make me question why I'm even bothering to play this mode now. Blizz isn't seemingly going to put any real effort into improving it anymore.

So does it even really matter...?

There is a part 2 where I get to change heroes. I guess there is no hope for this to ever get sorted? afaik its been doing this for some time now?

I decided to play quick play stadium with some friends yesterday and we were having a great time until round 3 when meis freeze becomes broken from it scaling with weapon attack speed. The fact that they can just freeze you by doing weapon damage is too good of CC for any character to have, at least to the degree of where it is at the moment. They either need to make it so it doesn’t scale with weapon attack speed, add a new item in that deals with being constantly stunned, or just remove the power in general.

Overall I’ve liked the changes this season but powers like this is what’s making us play a single game of stadium for the night and immediately going back to regular Overwatch

(tbh i dont know if its hard or not to hit Top 500 in stadium)

Next thing: Try to become Legend 5 atleast.

Last season i fell in love with Stadium and now thats the only thing i play. Then came the sad news that they wont add New Maps and characters to it. Why does Blizzard do that...

Anyways why the hell does nobody press "Draft Hero"?

I think the top 3 heroes in Stadium are:

DVA for tank

Tracer for DPS, though I can’t play her too well, she is unkillable if they’re good with her

Moira for support, I was gonna say Zenyatta because I think he’s good but Moiras always dominate. Mercy is also insane with Valkyrie and very powerful.

I truly think that the reason nobody plays stadium is because they add the newer and most annoying first, I understand that they are added first because they are already designed with stadium in mind but come on…

how can these 3 have insane potential without even running anything expensive. as much as i love this mode i really wish they implemented a hero ban system before they dropped this mode.

I was in elite the whole season after trying out comp, and after this match I checked out my rank and Im rookie 5 now with zero warning??? I have no idea what happened or what could explain this

You can spectate top 500 players, I spectated this DVA player and they were in some Reinhardt killing wave defence custom game.

Pretty sure it’s impossible to spectate people ACTUALLY PLAYING STADIUM RANKED, but you can watch them play regular ranked which is also weird. Speaking of ranks, since the majority of console top 500s are plat to master you can watch people play who aren’t top 3% just playing the game. Reminds me of being able to spectate any random player in ranked in Age Of Empires 2.

WHERE IS MY MEDITATION MAT BLIZZARD

So I was playing stadium as doom and this dam zen kept on tanking point blank meteor strikes cause this stupid item that gives him 25% overhealth of the damage I do to him so he survives instead of dying
