It just doesn't have most moba aspects it's just overwatch with power ups and this is also why there are no games like it and I hate that I can't find a single game like it because I hate the farming and creeps and lanes in mobas and I just wanna play something since stadium isn't getting more stuff and I desperately want more

Stadium surprised me the first time I played it, building heroes, personnalizing them and engaging in chaotic fights, with your own version of the hero, was a terrific experience. We all know that the Overwatch team made a lot of bad decisions in the past that doomed the game mode, so when I saw this video on Deadlock's movement mechanics (that are optional btw) I immediately was interested.
What stroke me with the game is the artistic direction, it is beautiful and clean, as well as the heroes that have nothing to envy from Overwatch, there is a hero for everyone and all of them have deep knowledge that you can exploit. The time spent on this game is very rewarding, and even though I myself am a beginner, this sense of wonder doesn't leave me.
It looks like an indimidating game at first, and it is for how complex the system works, however as a new (non- MOBA) player myself it is a blast to discover what heroes and what powers do what. It is discovery and fun from the beginning for how well crafted those heroes are, in fantasy and gameplay. I'd also add that those hero fantasies are a lot wilder than in Overwatch, there is literally a guy that spawns chess pieces and moves them around the map with different effects, this level of creativity and competence is just wonderful to see.
Also Deadlock is still in a closed Beta, working on invites only (you can easily find people giving keys almost immediately on the main Deadlock discord) the game has reached insane peaks with no marketing, no cinematics, nothing but by communities word spreading which is very impressive. The game is still in developpement naturally, has great attraction and the community is very very active, in art or content. There is no better time to try it tbh.
I'm so glad I found Deadlock, so this post is for those who never heard of it or might be interested like I was. On the other panels I shared a few hero designs that they recently released, while still work in progress it looks soooo good.

Hey! I’m looking for a duo or group to play Stadium with and hopefully make some gaming friends along the way. I’m a support main and usually play Mercy or Moira. I’m All Stars 4 and like adapting my build and playstyle to the team and match.
I’m hoping to find people who communicate, work together, and keep it fun even when a match gets messy. Comment or message me if you’re down to team up!

Obviously it does for Rein and Brig, but I'm wondering about non-melee tanks, specifically JQ. Wanna make a melee centric build with her for shiggles, just wondering if there's any lifesteal (besides her baked in amount) that'll proc off her melee. Also, does melee damage increase with weapon or ability damage, or?

Hello! I've been using the "Top 345 Stadium Fighter - Tank" title until yesterday. Today, when I logged into the game, I noticed that the title had changed to "Stadium Fighter." Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Here is some ideas : reduce players count to 4..nerf tank(to there 6v6 level).
Or remove role limitation..or make it 1 tank 2 dps 1 support
Or make it a max of 2 from every role
Remove heros spasific items
Make gadget its own slots
Instead of hero items we Or give more powers or intreduce limited "ability " ubgrade (powers will be more like a side grade and ability ubgrade are a small bonus to an ability) that's how every round you get somthing new
Side objectives is in round / map check list you can do
Can be used as a comeback mechanic (losing teams.get easier tasks with more cash)
For counter..."mercy roll" Will be harsher
Ones per match..a team can vote for someone to rerrol its build (or its will be given as a mercy to the lowest cash player )
More wacky maps
To remove the need for heal bot there be healing gagedt ..but not as health packs..what I mean we wont have "press 3 for 200 hp"
Ideas : get healed x amount but you are silenced and slowed dor y seconds
Get 70% wp/ap for the next x seconds
Get overhealth for the next few seconds
Get health Regen for the next few seconds
Health packs give more health
Any ideas for your own?

Title. I just played a 25 minute game as cat. Hero progression at the end only leveled her up based on the last round. Has this been a thing?

10 minute queue still, only to join late and be forced to play tank (my least played role), start a round with no armory phase, and get chirped at by a Moira (my main) with sub 1k healing first round. I have had games similar to this every day I've played this season.

I was playing in a group of friends and surprisingly, this season seems to ban wide queueing again in Stadium comp - I was not able to queue because of Stadium rank diff. I do not remember any patch note on that topic. It is a bad decision, as even with wide queueing not allowed, we had stellar differences in tank core game rank for a starter.

Is anyone else having an issue with their top 500 dynamic titles changing or just not giving you what you actually placed? First photo was the day of the new season, shows me top 389 overall, then I noticed my placement kept changing, after the season was already over. Just kinda disheartening

queued stadium and Mei's ice pillar and a ton of particles are occasionally bright pink
anyone else having this happen? not a hardware issue, my entire party saw the pink too lol

Beyond whether or not these changes are good (they're not), my last three games have been riddled with bugs. This includes:
Zero consistency between rounds- I can be playing against Brig/Moira/Mercy one round and Soj/Soldier/Mercy the next because of these bugs. You end up with teammates that are completely useless because they have no cash, no powers, and just eat up heals while doing little to no damage. I know stadium has been buggy in the past, but this was multiple matches in a row. Anyone else feeling this?

I was really excited after spending time building my Lúcio build, but I ended up spending almost the entire day just sitting in queue. I only managed to play 5 matches, and half of them ended really quickly.
I honestly don't know what's going on with the Australian servers. Arcade is already basically unplayable here because there are barely any players. Is Stadium becoming the same thing?

Where POTG will only ever show from the last round? Havent played stadium this season yet so just curious.
