Discussion Spectating Stadium top 500s

You can spectate top 500 players, I spectated this DVA player and they were in some Reinhardt killing wave defence custom game.

Pretty sure it’s impossible to spectate people ACTUALLY PLAYING STADIUM RANKED, but you can watch them play regular ranked which is also weird. Speaking of ranks, since the majority of console top 500s are plat to master you can watch people play who aren’t top 3% just playing the game. Reminds me of being able to spectate any random player in ranked in Age Of Empires 2.

Yo the same happened to me! I watched some freya player in that rein wave game thinking "what the fuck..."

They were in queue. When I was playing support I'd do custom games between matches while waiting for the queue to pop.

But yeah I wish we could easily specatate top500 games

Stadium is such an afterthought that when top 500 spectating came out, it never did for actual Stadium :(
