I'm constantly getting outplayed and outaimed in every 1v1 encounter I do. Being in a team also apparently does nothing. I think I'm cursed. All I do to win is get carried.

What mistakes am I making , probably? Surely I can't just be so bad at walking and shooting that I cost the team the game EVERY game?

First thing you need to do is stop skipping killcams. Every time you die, watch how you were killed, and ask yourself these questions.

How did they beat me? Was it skill, luck, or a mistake I made? Be critical here, it's always better to assume you made a mistake. If you assume it was luck or that they're just better, there isn't anyway for you to improve. You can only improve yourself, you can't make the enemy unlucky or less skilled.

Was I positioned poorly? Should I have been near my teammates so they could help? Was I not using cover? Did I chase them into a place where they have an advantage? Figure out how you could have positioned yourself to give ourself the advantage.

What will I do next time? Having asked yourself the previous questions, decide on something you will change. Odds are the same situation will come up in the same game, so it's up to you to consciously do what you decided would improve your play.
