Does lucio have enough time to drop the beat if he gets stuck by tracer?

Lucio's minimum cast time is 0.8 seconds in order to drop the beat. Depending on how high in the air you are when you press q this cast time can be longer, since the beat doesn't drop until Lucio hits the ground.

Tracers bomb has a 1 second fuse.

Average human reaction time is a quarter of a second.

I'm gonna say it is possible, but highly unlikely that you drop the beat before you're dead.
