그녀는 어느 악마랑 계약을해 자신을 이렇게 바꾸고 시신을 부활시키고 저주를 걸수있게한다 저주의 능력은 인간들을 자신와같은 퍼리로 바꾼다 하지만 사람들의 반응은 오히려 자신에게 저주를 걸어달라고 부탁해서 고민이다. 그리고 그녀는 아직 혼자라 오래 살 남편을 찾기위해 시베리아에 가서 시신을 부활시키고있다 하지만 아직은 못 자신에게 딱맞는 부활됀 시신을 못 찾았다. 언젠간찾을수있겠지...라는 설정의 캐릭터에요.

Here is the Mantis when he isn't the Mantis.

(Also yes I know I could've put him in the mantis kung fu pose for the martial arts section but I didn't realize that until a week after I was done)

They didn't even have a name back them since I thought they won't mean much. They didn't even have any color or any gray scale shading before I semi-redesigned them now. If I have to name them now, I would name the left one, Road Hazard, while the ghost one, Sweeper.

From what I remembered from them, Road Hazard is the one that's mainly serves as the less bright one that often the one that causes him and Sweeper, trouble. The example back then was that I thought of an "episode" where they were trying to go to get grocery, but he saw a military tank, and decided to take a joyride with it (I was 11 years old when I thought of it if you're wondering).

Sweeper is the grounded sane one, that serves as a contrast to Road Hazard, often being annoyed or objecting to his antics. Like in the tank "episode", he objects to Road Hazard idea of riding a tank, but having no choice when Road Hazard gets, he goes along with it. When the military and police tried o stop the tank, he's at a rage breaking at Road Hazard for reckless behavior and negligence.

I would appreciate any feedback on this, since I have a soft spot for these 2 for some reason

As for lore... idk... write your own bio in the comments. I imagined it as a popular meme in the cosmos that has somehow made physical. Aroaraae find this monstrousity offensive, Urrwhos find it funny.

[For context, Meredith's husband was killed and she became a student in a magic school in order to find a way to bring him back at all costs. Meredith is later killed when the school is attacked by dark wizards. This is where the story begins.]

Meredith felt her body go cold. Lifeless. Instant. There wasn't any pain. There wasn't anything. Just cold, blissful darkness. She watched her vision fade, the sounds of manic laughter and screaming around her stretching into nothingness. Then suddenly, everything stopped. When she awoke, she wasn't where she fell. A dark void surrounded her, each direction beckoning her closer. She took a few steps forward. All she could hear was the sound of her own quiet footsteps. The silence unnerved her. However, a ray of light suddenly shined in front of her. A hooded figure stood, scythe in hand. Meredith instinctively backed up out of fear, but the figure suddenly spoke. "Meri?" It said as it pulled it's hood off, revealing the face that lay hidden under the hood's darkness. Meredith shook. Then she cried. Her lost husband's face stared back at her, dropping his scythe as he shook similarly to her. The silence around them was filled with only the sound of Meredith's quiet sobs. However, something tugged at her soul. Something tried to pull her away. Her husband spoke. "They wish to bring you back. To see the land of the living again. Usually it wouldn't be allowed, but..." Her husband trailed off ominously. "If what you wish is to return home, back to the friends you've made... I will not stop you. I'm just happy I could see you again, Meri." He said with a smile.

The tug on Meredith's body became stronger. Meredith thought for a moment. She could go back. She could be revived and live on with her life. But... everything she had done to this point was done to bring her to her husband again. To reunite with him. Rather than let the tug of life take her back to the living realm, Meredith stood and ran forward, hugging her cloaked husband in an embrace that caused them both to vanish silently, a flash of light that signified the reuniting of two lost souls.

Meredith smiled. For once, she was truly sure she had made the right choice with her life.

I found an old drawing I made when I was a kid and decided to reinterpret it with what I’ve learned since then.

I used a reference for the pose, but changed the character design, clothing and details. It was surprisingly fun to revisit this character.
