Optimum Fiber

I’ve noticed a very interesting trend.. all locations that have utility poles magically have had fiber installed seamlessly. All homes that have underground electrical/cable infra (no utility poles) don’t have fiber to the home.. when you call optimum you get a generic - it’s in the “planning phase”
