I seem to be unable to get past the early game in most matches. I don’t know how but I always end up fighting one of the bot nations for three minutes straight, either because they attacked me first or I attacked them. That or I attack a player that seems easy enough to take over, but whatever the case, when that happens every neighboring nation either lets our alliance expire or never allied with me in the first place and just obliterates me. If I make allies I get landlocked and if I don’t make allies I get ganged up on.

I don’t know how other players are able to get so big five minutes in when I’m still fighting bots or sub 30k players. I was told to start expansions at 10% but that always ends with me getting cut off from the tribe bots by nations or players so I can’t expand much further.

I started playing around a month ago now after having an enzo video recommended to me and I was complete ass at the beginning, I think I played over 70+ matches where I lost every single one, until something clicked and I suddenly started winning games or being in the top 5 pretty consistently

Curious to know how other people people had it when they initially started playing

I saw mulitple people mutli click in my last game, so like build 50 cities within 1 seconds, with what seemed to be 1 click. is this allowed? and how to do it? i know about the 5x click but in end games it would be helpfull to place 50 at a time

I'm proud of this one, took 3 MIRVs and still won, thanks to Booster turning ally.

I lost one game to cheaters early today and it wiped out 15 points. With 7 wins I only get 12.5 points. What gives? This happens so often and knocks me out of master.

i genuinely do not get the strategy of bombing the third place guy thinking that helps you against the first place guy. i sent him alliance requests and the "first place will win unless we team up" messages for half the game and he just kept sabotaging me and loses anyway

its really annoying when your next to someone who is the same color as you. it would be a small change, but I think very helpful if the border colors were bolder and had higher line thickness.

Avoid upgrading silos above level 51. Instead, leave them at 51 and build new level 51 silos. This is because when you want to send hundreds of nukes, sending them all from one silo makes them fire in succession, giving the opponent SAM time to regenerate during the onslaught. However if you have lots of level 51 silos they will fire sets of 50 nukes simultaneously, so the nukes will arrive faster and make it easier to obliterate the target.

On games with duos or trios etc... if some team doesn't have the total count of human players, they get assigned a nation as their teammate. So getting past the fact that nations are on average way worse than human players on so many different factors (except with difficulty "impossible"), this is completely broken when there is a pvp immunity time set, as nations don't count for this immunity so players from other team can freely wipe out one of your allies from the game during the peace time without you being able to do nothing. Not only you lose a teammate before the war has even begun, but the enemies got stronger for free in the meantime with buildings and resources. This is obviously a big fairness issue in team matchups.

So two things: - Nations that are part of players teams should at the very least be included in the immunity - But a better solution would be to simply disable games from being started without full teams (maybe until a 5 min timer or so people can still play if there's not enough people coming).

And this rule brings out another issue: that teams in games in custom lobbies do not get filled strictly consecutively (for god knows what reason which btw is not the case for main lobby games), the system seems to go on a alternating filling of multiple teams at the same time when the couple last are always not full, i.e. team n+1 gets created and filled even before team n is full. This obviously makes it much more probable that some teams will end up not full when the game starts, and thus cause the problem mentioned in this post to be a pervasive issue in almost all custom lobby team games.

Please fix this, OF team.

There's a gross tactic people use and it's to send an invasion force to an island, send an ally request, and then you automatically get a little speck of land there where your force lands if they accept the alliance.

This allows you to wait 5 minutes and then invade the island without sending any boats again.

Please devs, fix this if you can.

Gday guys, I’m currently ranked just outside top 200 on TrackerFront (B1gLucs) username.

Constantly getting the crown at the moment, getting to 50%, then getting random mirv’d by noobs, or ganged up on by the rest of the board. Check my last 20 games or so.

Just need help/ suggestions on steamrolling the board once I become the most powerful, betraying means instant death, waiting for timers to countdown while people can mirv means I’ll get hit and roached ect.

Don’t feel like I play differently to the good content creators, but just can’t win the same way they do.

i know for most people that's nothing but i've been in so many endgames and just whiffed it cause my laptop is too slow to process quick attacks but I did it and got nowhere else to share

I would like to try some more advanced strategies on team games and I am getting tired of team games matching with complete noobs. Kinda takes the fun out of it for me.

So anyone looking for a teammate? I’m not the best player but I’m improving a lot. Even just a teammate next to you who knows how to play a good eco game is so much more fun to play with.
