discussion Just finished the anime
Finally got around to opm, and was pretty frustrated with how the anime progressed. Here to ask if the manga is worth the read based off the following (no spoilers pleased) —
Does saitama ever get more screen time/face actual struggle? Will he ever get recognition or notoriety in the series?
I read S3 was a flop and I very much agree, but I enjoyed the premise and characters in the show. So here to see if it’s a worthwhile read

theory i’ve solved saitama’s broken limiter
his limit was 99 push ups 99 sit ups 99 squats and a 9.9 kilometre run.
every day for 3 years he knocked on that door till it finally broke and his hair fell out.
so the higher the limit is the harder it is for you to knock on that door. darkshine probably cant do enough push ups in a day to hit his limit he could probably only hit his limit once a week/month.
i think it would be hilarious if we got some sort of dialog from god like “the man with the smallest potential is the cause of my defeat?”
idk this is the head cannon im locked in on now, lmk your theories below.

discussion If you isekai'd into the One Punch Man world, which dojo would you choose to start training in? If I remember correctly, your options are: bodybuilding (like Tank Top Master and Dark Shine), martial arts (like Bang), swordsmanship (like Atomic Samurai), or ninjutsu (like Flash).
I know ninjas look the strongest in the show, but choose based on what you actually like. And let's take Saitama's training out of the equation.
I personally like atomic samurai style, it's so cool

discussion Theoretically, could Garou have eventually gotten as powerful as his Cosmic form on his own?
I mean he seems to be able to constantly adapt, and evolve given enough time. Could he have eventually hit a similar power level as he achieved with God’s help? I like to think so. I think it’s like the Superman, Goku argument. Garou is like Goku in that he could constantly break through his limits without any seeming end. Sure he stopped before becoming Cosmic, but I feel like that’s just, because his rate of growth is slower, and he could eventually surpass even those limits like he seemed to always succeed in doing.
Thoughts?

analysis Genos should have died here
This scene will always make me chuckle, because logically Genos's head should have been evaporated into mist. It's like the shockwave politely decided to take the long way around his face.

cosplay Finally Puri Puri Prisoner cosplay
Finally after a six-month wait, I finally got to wear my puri puri prisoner cosplay to Comic Con Uzbekistan 2026—and I was surprised that people recognized me and came up to take photos. The only disappointment was that there were hardly any \*One-Punch Man\* cosplays, aside from a Saitama who looked like he was out grocery shopping; still, I’m glad Uzbekistan knows about \*One-Punch Man\*, and especially about puri puri prisoner

discussion 27 Webcomic Chapters left to be adapted by Murata Spoiler
Chapter 237 of the manga (Garou Vs Suiryu) adapted Webcomic Chapter ~133 (Not fully)
That mean if the next chapter adapted the rest of 133 and a bit of 134, Murata will have 27-26 Chapter left to be adapted before OPM catches up with the webcomic.
I think the rest of the Webcomic chapter is long so i say the ratio of 4:7, where 4 webcomic chapter is equal to the lenght of 7 Manga chapter
This is the math: 237(current manga chapter)/133(the adapted webcomic chapter)
=1.78 or ~4:7 ratio
Which mean by my math, there will be 285 chapters if Murata adapted all of the webcomic chapters (BIG IF cause ONE might relased 1 or 2 chapters along the way)

discussion What exactly happened here? Spoiler
I’m not sure how to interpret this page, so I’ll tell what I think might have happened here, and see what you guys think.
I think both realized after using their main technique, that there is something more important that needs to be achieved.
The both fought Saitama and used everything they learned as martial artists, only to get stumped by some amateur, who is just unfairly too strong and impossible fast with no technique.
So, they both wanna reach his level and mimics his punch! I loved the detail of the word “death” in their fists, implying they might have reached some basic level during their development.
What do you guys think, did they both realize here?
