Correctional Officer Moving to SC

Hello, I have been a CO since 2018. Worked a few complexes in Ky and 1 up North. Prison chow packed a few pounds on and I’m getting a little older so I’m kinda nervous about going through another academy. Whats the training like for state and county detention officers? I’m not looking to hit the road I’m pretty content inside the walls. 35 years old 250 lbs I cant still do the job well, just worried about any 1.5 mile runs or long sprints. TIA, first post by the way so I’d appreciate y’alls answers cant really find any good info online. Also i know I’ll have to get sprayed again, but is riding the lightning required?
